Atmosphere? I didn't get a sense of any existence of such. Anything would be something. The Service counter girls were sweet, but banal. Product knowledge was weak. I educated them on what a "Venti black eye" was. The Caucasian, conservative-appearing (nothing wrong with conservative, a group with which I politically align as age increases wisdom) raven-haired gal's expression Registered shock until I repeated my request slower and more phonetically crisp. It was clear from her reaction and sudden flash of roses cheeks that she misheard the order as "beefy black guy." Yeah, that, too! Why not. I like my coffee like I like my men: strong, Black!My question: why do these ladies not know what the Starbucks-coined names for "large coffee with a single shot (red eye) or double shot (black eye) of espresseo" mean!?Having a sweet gal manning the coffee pot definitely was to my advantage when I sashayed off sans mobile phone. They turned it right over to customer service desk where it was easily retrieved. However, I like my coffee served with some geat...and a barister with a shot of adrenaline (or two) would not only measure up, he or she would provide, by default, the atmosphere lacking. Trust me on this. No one should spend $5 on a Java jolt and fall asleep due to boredom...

Just left Starbucks, said hello to Barissta, she turned away and did not acknowledge me. When she did turn I said hello and asked her for what I needed. She turned, again didn’t say hello and stated “after I’m done with these.” I totally understand if she’s feeling overwhelmed, however she was so rude! Bye! There are many other coffee options in the bubble.

I’m feeling so hurtful, the staff in this shop was so racist and disrespectful , they was laughting about my French accent in the back… I’ll never go back there and I think black peoples are not welcome over there. it’s a shame. it’s the staff of Sunday, July 9 at 4:50pm.
I appreciate the apt location inside of a Target is convenient however, the staff has an attitude that makes you have a bad taste in your mouth before you can even enjoy your first sip of coffee.

So let me begin by mentioning that as I walked in they were gossiping about an employee who was recently fired for stealing. Extremely unprofessional when there are customers around waiting to be serviced. Ethan attended me with mediocre service because he couldn't inform me being a recently new Starbucks customer that I have to mention that I would like the cream on top of my matcha drink. Maybe they should be more focused on attending customers needs ,concerns or questions instead of gossiping about a recently fired employee who are stealing. Not to mention the short little Hispanic girl had an attitude along with the skinny white girl when I requested to get the foam on top of my drink which I would have gladly paid for. She, Hispanic girl, tells me with attitude next time make sure to say it before you order! Well maybe instead of the Hispanic and white girl gossiping about the employee being fired they should have informed me that I could order it that way.I will never go to that Starbucks again even though my family and I shop often at that Target being I am red card holder. Both drinks I ordered as well were assembled poorly! The Starbucks employees there need to ditch the attitude and focus on quality of beverages, correctly assembling drinks and begin to actually greet customers in a friendly manner to create an excellent customer service experience!
