I used to go in springtown, and the server decorated the cup around the drink. The little things make a big difference. Especially with your wooden chairs and unpleasant interior designs. Unlike the old couches and plants from before.

I am a pretty understanding person, first I ordered a bread online and when I get to the window it’s not available. Second, the guy at the drive-thru window had nothing close to good attitude, he was so rude as if I was bothering him. I understand we have bad days but if you are in customer service you can’t let that show. Please hire people that are happy to help us customers. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Good service, consistent quality, what you expect from Starbucks. Not many tea choices. Was rather crowded but we didn't have to wait long to get a seat indoors. Plenty of outdoor seating if the weather cooperates.

They made my drink wrong and didn't answer the phone when I was calling to have them remake it
I don't like leaving bad reveiws but twice I have gotten the wrong order. I did a mobile order for the spicy falafel pocket because I have an allergy to meat. BOTH times they gave me the option that has chicken in it. The second time I did return the item and they did give me the correct item. That is the only reason they have 2 stars. Plus the service sucks. They take so long!! Do not believe the time frame the app shows!!
