I rated the way I did because often times I order and i always order cake pops, at least two of them with each coffee or beverage that I order practically every day. But when they don’t have cake pops, they just put anything in my bag and I don’t like any other piece of edible item from Starbucks except for cake pops, so I would wish that they would be respectful enough to just upgrade the size of my beverage to the cost of the missing cake pop then to stuff a cookie in my bag because I hate cookies. I absolutely hate cookies and then I also have to go in and report the concern to Uber eats. I think there should be an alternative option if the item that’s been asked for isn’t available or make it an automatic upgrade on the beverage or include a discount or credit to the person that is printed in someway that you can stick in their bag for the missing item

What is wrong with this location? Multiple times , we put in mobile orders to pick up early in the morning. The order says it’s ready to go but the store is CLOSED no one even there. Says order has been ready for 40+ minutes. No one is even there. 🙄 is there a number to call for someone who actually owns or runs this location ? Or is there even anyone doing this ? How do I even get a refund ?

Starbucks has become increasingly overpriced a grande iced latte is now 7.54 while I can get a large goldeneagle specialty drink at DutchBrother for only 6.32. Starbucks is only ONLY GOOD FOR PASTRY anymore

They did NOT allow restroom to public. I was working from location ordered a drink. When I asked for code. They said I had to go to the nearest store. Other than that restaurant clean, Drink good.
Very bad customer service and they did not do what someone asked for. I ordered the coffee frapuccino and they gave me ice coffee frapuccino.

Other than long wait times, this particular store and it's staff are amazing. The staff is very friendly and willing to take the time to make your drinks exactly how you like them.
