This is the closest location to my home and office. I don’t ever come here because I have yet to have a stellar experience. Against my better judgement decided to give them a try today and I have been in the drive thru in excess of 25 mins and haven’t even placed my order yet. The wait wasn’t even like this during covid. You guys need to so much better. There’s so much competition now.

I spend between $280-$350 a month. Half the time order is wrong. My triple shot chi ends up being a blond lattie or blond chi. Three times I had to leave work to fix the order. 6 times they were so rude about their mistake they tried to say i must have ordered it. The order is either in Antionette or Samantha. For what i pay the 6 times i just had to throw away both drinks. The person left in charge told me once we leave without noticing order is wrong they can't replace it. I bring back the wrong one delivered or picked up that's my fault. I work rarely do I ck order till I'm back at work due to my schedule. That's not even counting the$100 gift cards I get for my kids. I wish you wanted my business as much as I love some of your employees.

placed a order this morning 30 minutes after opening, went to go pick up and they were closed because the opener didn’t show up on time. I called so I could get my order refunded and nobody answered. very upsetting that I have to go to work with no breakfast and $15 short.

Pretty typical Starbucks atmosphere, clean and efficient - what made this location stand out was the barista, April! I visited August 8, 2025 (so this review has been on my to-do list for a while…). She was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me come up with my new favorite go-to latte, and she was almost as excited for me as I was! April, I’m sorry this took so long, but that k you so much for my blonde vanilla latte!! 🙏🏻☕️😋
My food was also good, and I thoroughly enjoyed the quiet while I read on my break.
Hate places where no order no use restroom. Especially a Starbucks located inside or adjacent to Barns and Noble book store . I was planing on ordering but just the way I was told upfront was a little too much...
