Poor service and skipping the line must be a new trend now since employees will see you waiting only to tend to the person that skipped and take their sweet time getting a drink. Wouldn’t recommend

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Three total staff visible. Understaffed is an understatement. When we came in to retrieve a mobile order there were about 30 people at tables and in line waiting. Orders were coming out very slow. I've never been at a Starbucks I waited so long to hear any name called out. They seemed to be completely overwhelmed. All Staff was looking down and not smiling. This place needs help. Bad.

My wife and I were browsing the books in Barnes and Noble. Their bathrooms are currently closed. Went to the ATTACHED Starbucks to use theirs. Bathrooms are locked and coded for customers only. Tells you to go to the Barnes and Noble's bathrooms which are closed. When we told the barista they were closed she said well I guess you have to buy something due to new store policies and rolled her eyes at us. Ridiculous.

So if you have to pee the code is 1313. You're welcome. Until they decide to change it.

Nestled in the Barnes and Noble, this starbucks knows how to make a good cup of coffee. They staff work in getting your order just right, and their blends come out with just the right balance of flavors. I'd recommend getting an iced white moca with strawberry foam. It's a great pick me up during the day.

The lady taking the order was really nice, but why do they put the chair up at 7 even though it says they close at 9, we had no choice but to wait while standing and we wanted to eat inside but we had to leave

Never fails, I’m glad the other location is finally open on Ingram because I’ve given this location multiple chances and they alwaysss mess my order up. My latte is extremely watered down and was charged for cold foam to hardly get any and also tastes like there is no espresso, lol. Sad day.
Hardly ever is my drink made correctly at this location. Lately as well, mostly on the AM shift it seems everyone is trying to avoid you. Most of the time i have a mobile order but a simple greeting will suffice. These employees look miserable. It seems there is a high turnover at this location as well.

I rated the way I did because often times I order and i always order cake pops, at least two of them with each coffee or beverage that I order practically every day. But when they don’t have cake pops, they just put anything in my bag and I don’t like any other piece of edible item from Starbucks except for cake pops, so I would wish that they would be respectful enough to just upgrade the size of my beverage to the cost of the missing cake pop then to stuff a cookie in my bag because I hate cookies. I absolutely hate cookies and then I also have to go in and report the concern to Uber eats. I think there should be an alternative option if the item that’s been asked for isn’t available or make it an automatic upgrade on the beverage or include a discount or credit to the person that is printed in someway that you can stick in their bag for the missing item
