The girls that were on the shift today are so kind! they helped the kindest old man choose a drink and kindly guided him through the options that matched what he wanted. I feel like most employees like this are so impatient but these girls were the kindest EVER!

I usually come here on my lunch for a drink and this time the whole experience was different. They have new people and they already seem bummed out to be working there. I called because my matcha has some weird white stuff at the bottom, I always order this drink and this has never happened to me in the past 5 years but the employee that answered the phone. Allison she mumbled and I don’t even think that correct name said if she could be honest that thats how it’s going to look like cus it separates? It’s never separated before so it’s kind of weird that it’s separating now? She seemed very bothered about the whole conversation and said she can give me a recovery card and then hung up after mumbling a name. The service here has gone down hill

This was by far my worst Starbucks experience so far. I placed a mobile order and went to the store to pick it up. I was waiting inside and when my name got called, I walked to the pickup area to get my drink and kindly asked the server if I could have a cup of water. Then, the server named “Angelica” refused to give me a cup of water and, even more upsetting, made fun of my accent.
When I asked why I couldn’t have a cup of water, she told me I would need to wait in the counter line to request water. I explained that I had already placed my order online and waited for it to be prepared, and that there is no way of requesting water through the app, so I do not understand why I would have to wait in line again to request an item that is included for free with my order per Starbucks policy. In every other Starbucks I’ve visited over the past 10 years, water has never been refused to me when placing a mobile order.
Nevertheless, she refused to give me water. When I asked to talk to her manager, she told me “I am the manager”.
I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for over a decade, and I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. It’s really a shame treating customers this way — especially in a company like Starbucks who has an agenda against discrimination, and even more so from someone claiming to represent the management of the store.

Refused to give my daughter’s friend a water with her drink purchase. They were extremely disrespectful when taking to her. Will never come again and recommend no one s does either

The wait time to get two tall lattes of 18-20 mins is ridiculous. If this Starbucks is so popular then Starbucks needs to employ more staff. There was one barista serving all the customers. Totally unacceptable.

The lavender matcha latte was inconsistent with all the other ones I had in other stores. The foam was mixed in and there was so little ice that it all melted by the time I started drinking. Since the foam is where all the sugar is, I never stir the drink and drink it with the level of sugar I prefer. Mixing it messes up what makes this matcha version unique.

Dear Starbucks Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Starbucks location on March 2, 2025, at approximately 1:30 PM. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the high standard I have come to expect from your brand.
During my visit, I encountered crew members who displayed a noticeable lack of professionalism, a poor attitude, and a general disregard for customer service. Specifically, there was a lack of courtesy and efficiency in the way my order was handled. Despite being the only customer in line, the staff seemed disengaged and unmotivated, leading to unnecessary delays. This type of behavior not only affects the quality of service but also the overall atmosphere of the store.
Came in for coffee and found a cup we wanted, cashier was rude, we said hello and she said nothing we ordered and purchased cup. Total was 48. We wanted to use our points and her response was oh well too late. I understand customer service is not for everyone but jeez that's 48 points we just lost. I thought San Antonio people were supposed to be friendly. Can't wait to go to my normal Starbucks in Houston. Not all Starbucks are created equal.

Awful. Wildly understaffed for the volume of traffic it receives. Currently owes me one Matcha Latte and one Everything Bagel.
