Dear Starbucks Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Starbucks location on March 2, 2025, at approximately 1:30 PM. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the high standard I have come to expect from your brand.
During my visit, I encountered crew members who displayed a noticeable lack of professionalism, a poor attitude, and a general disregard for customer service. Specifically, there was a lack of courtesy and efficiency in the way my order was handled. Despite being the only customer in line, the staff seemed disengaged and unmotivated, leading to unnecessary delays. This type of behavior not only affects the quality of service but also the overall atmosphere of the store.
Came in for coffee and found a cup we wanted, cashier was rude, we said hello and she said nothing we ordered and purchased cup. Total was 48. We wanted to use our points and her response was oh well too late. I understand customer service is not for everyone but jeez that's 48 points we just lost. I thought San Antonio people were supposed to be friendly. Can't wait to go to my normal Starbucks in Houston. Not all Starbucks are created equal.

Awful. Wildly understaffed for the volume of traffic it receives. Currently owes me one Matcha Latte and one Everything Bagel.

Just wanted to write a review. My family and I went to this location since we were downtown. It was around 745/750 yesterday
12/21. The door says 8pm that yall close.
Well my family and I were in line and some girl with piercing and looked like colored hair was going around telling the people who were sitting and waiting for their drink that they were closed and not going to be taking any more orders which I was mind blown. If you're closed at least get those in line order through so we can leave! I was super upset and didn't want to make a scene. She did get the order before us and not anyone after which was a good 4/5 people. I really hope a manager or someone in charge reads this because telling people WHO ARE IN THE STORE AND IN LINE that they are closed is insane to me

This location was not ready for the festival here at the Riverwalk. It's 6pm and they are no longer taking orders inside the store and online everything is unavailable. They've been knowing about the event and im guessing ran out of everything before time.
40 minute wait. "We didn't know there was a conference this week so we weren't staffed appropriately." If only there was somewhere the store could look that up...

We ordered two pastries and two hot chocolates. Pretty much a mad house. Seems like there is pretty much a fun behind the counter rather than following up with orders with the customers. They really don't take time to call out names, pretty much slam on the table and move on. " I understand this is a fast paced business but I am a disabled veteran with hearing issues so if I miss it then I need to ask follow up? . I feel this is the barristas job to assure the order tables are clear but they move on.
Also we were there for over half an hour and nobody really concentrated on the cleanliness of the tables. Pretty much a breeding ground of germs. So long starbucks and I'll stick with Dunkin where they appreciate my business.
Parking: You'll need to park and walk which is ok as the area is very nice and historic.

Went at 130 on a really busy day. Staff was quick, friendly, and nice. Drinks were delicious. Plenty of seating. Store was clean and we'll taken care of even though they were busy. Will definitely be back.

Worst drinks I have ever had. Came here 3 times. Staff always put too much ice in the drinks. The place needs more comfortable seats. Not enough seats and they all are hard ones. Will not recommend.
