Rude customer service from the employee guy when I ask for my drink to be changed.the drink had a sour and foul smell come to find out they put EGG NOG in my drink instead of sweet cream.The drink gave me a bad stomach ache and was throwing up the rest of the day.and the food was defective.horrible experience

Worst Starbucks location i have ever been to! they have the most disrespectful staff that i have literally seen drive away potential customer right in front of me because of how rude they are! i ordered ahead on the app and once i arrived they said they were still making my order which was fine, and i witnessed the driver in front of me send his drink back which should've been a red flag. i had to wait quite a while so when it was my turn at the window i just took the drinks snd drove back to work. Once i was actually able to look i saw that my Strawberry Creme Frappe was CURDLING!! i actually gagged when i looked at it. work was busy so i had to wait like 5 minutes to return. My boyfriend when in my place and asked if they can remake it and she had the audacity to say that the drink was made like that for aesthetic purposes? she then said it was my fault for waiting too long to pick it up when she clearly told me my order was still being made when i arrived. I've been to multiple locations and my drink has never looked THIS bad. Ive been to this location before, they constantly mess up my drink order which i usually don't mind but receiving THIS from someone who messed up and refuses to own up to it all while being rude to everyone who walks in the store is quite literally my last straw with this location.

My only complaint is that the place smells like a barn. Seriously. And that EVERY TABLE/CHAIRS/BENCHES AND FLOOR are filthy dirty. Then an employee spilled a drink on the floor….what a joke watching her clean it up. Short cuts and being lazy, what a shame. I was afraid to go to the restroom. But I see they hit an A/98 on their score….interesting …..

They didn't have a sandwich i wanted. They didn't have straws. They didn't have lids. They didn't put extra sweetner in my drink like I asked. I'll never go back to this location. Obviously they have horrible management if lacking all these items.

I frequently come to this location but today My drink showed in progress for about 5 min. I walked inside and no one was working on it. Three employees were just standing around. I usually don’t order after 12 and won’t again. Horrible service today.
