I put in a pickup order online and was waiting forever for it to be ready- I WENT TO THE WRONG STARBUCKS. The ladies here went above and beyond, saw me waiting, and still made the order for me even though it was my mistake. THANK YOU, for your caring customer service. 10/10.
Still upset they charge top price at the BX. They think 85 percent of the military is rich. Nothing comes cheap for all of us. Clothes prices are crazy. Someone help us on Lackland fix this crazy prices.
