My Son and I just left this location. Jessica was so genuinely kind. The service here is always great, and I love that they have friendly people behind the counter. Thank you, Jessica. 💜

People don't always have to do what's right, and they don't always even pay attention to know when they need to do something right. I was at this Starbuck's today and left my headphones on the table when my rid came and picked me up. One of the staff there saw them and put them back in the office knowing that I would be right back when I realized that I had forgotten them, which is exactly what happened. I wish I could remember something about the employee but I was in such a hurry I didn't even get their name. But I am grateful for their conscientiousness.

They made my drink so yummy and also drew a cute lil doodle on my cup :)

Read reviews before you will order any Drink at this Starbucks! Worst drink ever I was drink in this Starbucks. I was order Dragon Drink and the color was not the same as supposed to be. I asked to re do one more time. And NO it was different color but still flavor was not the same I usually order. Personal who is doing this drinks needs to be more better train.Unfortunately I will not recommend to any one this Starbucks in this location.

I visit this place almost every day, sometimes twice, for their great service. Today, I decided to go in with my husband for a coffee and get some study time in. However, I was really disappointed by the quality of the indoor furniture. The chairs are too high, and the tables are too low-making it uncomfortable for a regular-sized adult. You end up either slouching or bending down to see your iPad properly. I hope someone takes note of this if they haven't already. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place for studying, especially compared to other coffee shops in the area.

Not the greatest experience I've had at a Starbucks, tbh.

The drinks are made quickly, but really, Starbucks drinks don't vary much from branch to branch.

Staff are enthusiastic and quick.

But the toilet was really quite dirty, even in the morning the trash can was full of paper (I don't know if they cleaned the toilet the night before?)

Some tables had homeless people making other tables feel quite uncomfortable and inconvenient. These people talked loudly, and smelled bad making the surrounding tables not want to stay long.

Dining room clean, coffee good, locked bathroom doors to keep unpaying customers away- pointless. Bathrooms are gross and dirty. Please clean 🙏 won't be back.

Order inside In person to get my order accurate . But got my order wrong I asked for hot drink , I got an iced drink in a day of 29 degrees outside they finally made right after 24 minutes. I’m hoping they are not so overworked; It’s 9am in the morning.

I ordered through the ap and requested oat milk because of a dairy allergy and I’m 95% sure that they failed to use nondairy milk. I’ve been suffering because of it all day.

I don't usually go to Starbucks but after 2 months in the hospital I started drinking it. I expect customer service of some sort & the girl with a lot of tattoos in the drive-through didn't seem to have it. She wasn't very inviting taking my order but when she opened the window she didn't acknowledge me & held a conversation with someone else that didn't pertain to Starbucks. Then she had a whatever attitude when I explained I was using 2 gift cards but the first one might cover the amount. It almost did but after she swiped the second one she said well that one worked. Maybe she was trying to make me look bad to another employee or something but I can guarantee I won't return anyway!

I just went to pick up two coffees for myself and a coworker. I asked for whip cream to be on top. As they handed me the coffees I asked to be sure.. “there’s whip cream on top right ?” The girl looked me in the eyes and said yes. I get to work and see there’s no whip cream in both of the coffees. I’m upset and must write the review because I asked again to be sure as a reminder and you straight up lied to my face and let me drive to work only to find out there is none and I can’t come back to fix it. Also have the nerve to ask for a tip on the pin-pad knowing damn well ur a liar.
