I asked for light ice, which they did give me. I told them I had never seen a drink like that before. It was actually the first time I’d seen so little coffee in a quad cup. The barista explained that it was because I asked for light ice, but it shouldn’t have been that small. I won’t be going back to that store anymore. It was $7 per cup, and they gave me such a tiny amount. It’s ridiculous

Went through the drive through this morning on our way to the hospital. Ordered some food and drinks. The girl at the drive thru was very rude. She continuously rolled her eyes at us. Had and attitude when talking to us. Only to finally give me my drink in a noticeably defective cup. Sent my girlfriend in to get me another lid and they replaced it, but it should if been caught before it was sent out. From one partner to another, this is NOT customer connection.

Haven’t been to this Starbucks in a long while but was in the area. Very welcoming upon entering inside, patient when thinking about your order and friendly employees. Brought out my breakfast sandwich to where I was sitting. Wrote a friendly word on my drink, not every Starbucks does this. Made my day and won’t hesitate to visit again. Great job!

Incredibly dismissive staff. I work at the Chick-Fil-A next to this Starbucks and it’s a reoccurring issue. It’s like they think that just because I’m also a fast food worker that I don’t expect to be treated like any other customer. They didn’t double check my order this morning, only charged me for one drink, and then started chatting to each other before we could say we were missing a drink. Very disappointing :(

Needed a place open late to study, Starbucks is always a great go-to study joint. Not many are open this late, which I appreciate a lot. Delicious iced latte, and the staff are always so kind here.
