Drive thru, 1 slice of banana bread, 1 slice of pumpkin bread, both old and dry. Venti coffee was good and hot. No napkins offered. Waiting to talk to the person at the window when she leaned out to ask if anything else was needed? $16 bucks for the above items, can you just provide napkins or at least give me a chance to ask for some before we complete our transaction. This used to be one of the best locations in my book. Appears they are unfortunately losing their edge.

yk i’ve been here before and they were so nice but today the barista gave me so much attitude and purposely made my drink wrong because she said “we’re in the middle of a rush” im also a partner and it’s not that hard to just be nice and breath.
