All the Starbucks I’ve been to I get good customer service don’t get me wrong, but I came to this location for the first time with my husband and the service was top tier. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and everyone looked happy to work. The lady that took my order I wish I could have gotten her name she wears glasses I believe Hispanic very nice and respectful. The barista that made my drink a female very respectful as well. I’ve never seen any Starbucks have board games or activities to do while in store coffee time I loved it so much. The only thing that is unfortunate is I live far from this location, but I’ll be back.

I dont know who owns this store or whats the lady name that was sitting outside smoking a pack of cigarettes. But she walked up to me asking me if i wasn't going to make a purchase. I cant sit on their patio.. . . I was trying to get my school enrollment done. But idk. I guess because im African American and had 2 bags. That i couldn't sit at Starbucks. Damn shame

I just left this location. I always order the same drink, a refresher without ice as I do not drink it until the afternoon even though I order it in the morning. I don’t need to explain this to you though Starbucks as I am the paying customer. I have a personal cup so they have to transfer my beverage into my cup. As soon as I pulled up I notice she had put ice in my drink and brought it to her attention. She informed me they do it this way so the drink will still be cold. I order this drink 2-3 times a week and no one has EVER done this. Now keep in mind I like the fruit in my drink and if she “strains it” it’ll no longer have the fruit. She realizes this after this fact and informs me she now needs to add the fruit. When she returns she gives me my cup about 2/3 full. I ask her why the cup isn’t full. She turns around to consult with another employee, comes back and tells me if I want the cup full, I have to get the ice. What?! I told her that’s not true but I’m not going to argue with an employee. Starbucks is already charging exorbitant prices for their drinks, now you’re cheating me on top of it! There’s a Starbucks around every corner. Will never go to this location again, not worth the stupidity/hassle. I know I’m not the only person in the world who goes to a restaurant/establishment and requests no ice. Do better!!

I don’t recommend mobile orders. They take at least 15 minutes longer than estimated time.

EVERYTIME I order from this location it’s a problem . I placed a mobile order . It said it would be ready for 3:02. I work at a restaurant 3 mins away but I waited to go in the line. It’s not 2:59 and i get to the window and say hi I’m picking up a mobile order for Kolor. “FoR WhO?!” I’m sorry color with a “k”. Um well looks like you JUST placed the order so we will need a minute to make it . (Mind you everytime I come here this is what they say). First thing first there is a LINE of cars . Secondly if I come up to the window and order my drink and I’m 3rd in line I WILL STILL GET MY DRINK 3RD IN THE DRIVE THRU. When I got to the window the manager said it’s been an ongoing problem at that location. I literally only been this location like 5 times this year. These drinks are $10 to be with all the extra. I will spend my money at the Vance Jackson location where I am ALWAYS appreciated. It’s always something with them. Mind you today she gave me the drink at 3:06 so what are we really talking about. And I showed her on my phone that it said 3:02 THEN she’s gonna say well I was just saying. Ma’am know what you are talking about before you start talking! If my drink was supposed to be ready for 3:02 and there is a long line WHY WOULD I NOT BE IN THE LINE. She just talking just to talk . Math not mathing. I don’t give a damn if I just placed the order . Give ma refund or make my drink. Yall have too much nerves
