To Samantha Smith, today this morning I ordered a hot sandwich with avocado spread and they forgot to add the avocado spread to my order, per “Jessica” there was nothing that can be done other then for me to drive back and get one but I was unable to, there needs to be better communication from the speaker box to the person taking the order. Please address this.

The Starbucks at Babcock & Hamilton Wolfe provides the worst customer service! They continually hand out the wrong drinks, are frequently out of different milk options and are rude to their customers. On six different occasions, when going through the drive through, I was handed the wrong drink. The employees there don't care about how they treat their customers. To top it off, the parking lot is so limited and the drive-thru line blocks those customers who park. If you have the opportunity to go to another Starbucks, go there and not to the Starbucks on Babcock & Hamilton Wolfe.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COFFEE. 10/15/22 STARSUCKS...After 18yrs, I am no longer a Starbuck customer.Thats not just this location, its the entire chain. They went from coffee house atmosphere to getting delicious cups of coffee. its now a FAST FOOD experience and rushed coffee were no one monitors if the shots of expresso are quality or none. The lattes no longer have coffee, its watery brown water with sugars/milk. DISGUSTING.

This was a great standard Starbucks stop. Not too much parking though in the space it shares with a Mediterranean grill and a Dental office. Entering the parking lot may not be straight forward if you are taking a left off of Babcock. They'll put the cream and sugar in the coffee for you here even when you go into the store. They offer indoor and outdoor seating as well as free wifi. I've seen people with their doggos here, outside ofcourse. The staff were friendly and I would definitely come by again. I left when someone started playing a game on their phone out loud next to me which was rude on their part and not the fault of the store.
