Starbucks

Hi! I'm a regular here. I work nearby and I wait here for my ride fairly often. The atmosphere here is always so welcoming, and I wanted to commend the staff for how kind and attentive they always are. I'm quite a clumsy individual and today I accidentally knocked my personal water bottle over causing quite a spill. I'm unfamiliar with anyone's names but the young woman with braids and the young man that accompanied her immediately asked/checked if I was okay, promptly cleaned the area and both even offered to refill my water. I politely declined the refill (as I was fearful of spilling it again lol), but I found their quickness to assist me to be very admirable. The gesture was much appreciated and unexpected, and I don't normally write reviews but I felt it was appropriate to do so this evening. Thanks again. :)

Great place to come and study! Barista with braids and glasses (didnt catch her name) was super nice and helpful! She put me onto a new drink called a johnny wayne and was delicious!!!! Cant wait to come back!

Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Zero sense of urgency.

I love this location since it was close to my sons daycare. The workers there are nice and upbeat. The only issue I had is that when you order online and then I get to the store, the item is unavailable. I just think the app should reflect that faster to avoid this happening. It has happened 3-4 times already in the last few months.

Ordered a caramel macchiato, got a hot ass cup of black coffee WTH 💀 I think they just handed me the wrong cup

Super annoying music too loud does not hadd but takes away from the atmosphere!

I passed threw a Starbucks and ordered a chi latte but it wasn’t what I thought it was , pass by here to get me another drink because I didn’t like it Nick saw that I already had a drink and replace it , great customer service! Nick your a people’s champion

Puppiccino with purchase only? No more free pup cup? The cashier told me I have to buy something to get the puppiccino. That's stupid. I won't give my business to Starbucks anymore. Corporate greedy.

Ordered a hot chocolate for my 5 years old and they gave it hotter than my coffee. She almost burnt her mouth.

Staff is always friendly. They make good drinks for customers.
