I was having a good day so I decided to grab some Starbucks. The baristas were very kind and patient with me while I was ordering. As I was leaving with a drink in each hand, the door caught my hand and my drink went flying on the pavement. I kind of just stared at it a while wondering how I could be so careless. I threw out the cup, went to my car and started driving off. The nice lady came out and asked if I wanted another one. Not wanting to be a bother I politely declined but she insisted. A few moments later she met me outside and handed me the drink.

In hindsight, I should have asked her name but I think I was still a bit embarrassed. Either way, thank you, ma’am, and I hope you have a great week!

Ordered an iced shaken espresso, like I do about once per week. I got my order and right away I noticed it wasn't even kinda filled to the top. This is a $6 drink. When I went back in, they lectured me on the difference between a latte and an espresso and how this is just how it is. That's a crock because this is the only location that will stiff you like that. Literally a dollar worth of my drink is missing. She remade it, 2nd picture and it looks exactly the same to me. I won't be returning to this location and honestly, this is why people think starbucks is a joke now. Fill my dang $6 drink to the top!

They don’t have Wi-FiIt is the first Starbucks which don’t provide Wi-Fi to their customers I have ever seen

Nothing to say about this location as I order in app and never even speak to anyone. I walk in, grab my coffee from the counter, and walk out in like a span of 2 minutes. Super easy in and out. But I received an alert for a deal so I ordered a drink and I must have been ordering Dutch Bros for so long now that I didn’t realize they leave your cup 1/4 empty. Also not as strong as a Double Torture. Will stick with Dutch Bros but I do miss the Starbucks Cappuccino Arabica they sell at French grocery stores. They changed their recipe back in 2022 and nothing Starbucks America sells has that taste.

This location needs to do a better job of training their staff. My coffee is almost always incorrect and tastes awful. For how much coffee is I would hope they would do their best to make it correctly. This is unfortunate because this is the closest location to me. Hope to see some changes made at this location.
