I was having a good day so I decided to grab some Starbucks. The baristas were very kind and patient with me while I was ordering. As I was leaving with a drink in each hand, the door caught my hand and my drink went flying on the pavement. I kind of just stared at it a while wondering how I could be so careless. I threw out the cup, went to my car and started driving off. The nice lady came out and asked if I wanted another one. Not wanting to be a bother I politely declined...
Ordered an iced shaken espresso, like I do about once per week. I got my order and right away I noticed it wasn't even kinda filled to the top. This is a $6 drink. When I went back in, they lectured me on the difference between a latte and an espresso and how this is just how it is. That's a crock because this is the only location that will stiff you like that. Chill atmosphere. Centralized location. Good food. Always excellent service. My kids love the hot chocolate and snacks.
