Ruined my morning i asked for a iced pecan crunch as i always do throughout the season as its the only beverage i get when its out taste super duper sugary i also ordered a macchiato with light foam and drizzzle for my hubby as hes not a big sugar fan and i tried it and its sugary as well as if i told them to put xtra. Will not be back to this location

I had my b'day drink yesterday and 2 drinks were wrong,BUT.....ASH, made EVERYTHING right in the Starbucks world and corrected the 2 drinks,did so with no hesitation and a wonderful smile.... I recommend THIS LOCATION 💯 and stop by and say hi to Ash and the other wonderful employees at this location....
Starbucks is #1, and NO OTHER coffee houses can compare!!!

This location of Starbucks is great!! It’s conveniently located near South Texas Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas (plus, they have a drive through)! The staff are very kind & accommodating, and the place is really clean + well-kept! :-)

It was very quiet and peaceful today, so I read and got some work done, too. Love the new free refills on tea when you're staying there! I always do drive-thru, so it was a nice change! I even got a water bottle that I had been meaning to get, and procrastinating paid off, as it was on sale.

Well I've stayed away from Starbucks for quite some time now. I ordered a sausage cheddar sandwich it was done and finished eating it before I even got my coffee. So I got up to inquire they said they were brewing new coffee. After all that time you now tell me. Then I was waiting for 7 minutes to get the coffee but the lo and behold was sitting right there on the counter no one told me it was ready so what are we supposed to do -keep getting up and down to check if coffee is ready that you should have had ready to begin with. It's just logical to tell us if it's ready Starbucks still doesn't have any concept of customer service 101. I mean this is basic stuff people. Well back to the local coffee shops. Get real Starbucks and stop patronizing these people I just don't get why you do

This is not a reflection on the service personnel. Starbucks was the very first place I had my first cup of coffee. I haven't been by in a while because of prices.But today will be my last day going to starbucks ever. $3.50 for a simple cup of coffee is absolutely ridiculous. I'm done!
If the store is going to close at 8:30 PM, then close at that time or put that you’re closing the store at 8:00 PM instead or the time you actually plan on closing. It’s not fair to close sooner than the time that is posted unless it short staffed, which would be understandable or another similar circumstance.
It's always nice to be able to quickly get your food and drink. It made our day!
