This Starbucks sucks. ALWAYS serving burnt coffee. They need to train their folks on the basics of making coffee. This has happened consistently and I don’t know why I keep going back. Final straw today I will never go back here again.

This is the 2nd time they’ve messed up my order and I don’t usually make a big deal but if I pay extra for something I expect to actually get it, no extra shot or mocha in my drink
