My wife and I are in our late 60s- were not in a suit and tie, but we did not look shabby. I asked for the code to the bathroom and the young, inconsiderate kid with purple hair asked in such a condescending tone: “ are you going to buy something?” I have been giving Starbucks my business since they arrived in San Antonio. Every day during the week I am all over this city and have been to many Starbucks. I have never been treated in such a disrespectful way. Company policy ought to include a little common sense. How sad that a place to get a good cup of coffee allows its customers to be treated so badly.

I had such a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to an absolute All-Star employee! She not only introduced me to a new coffee that I ended up loving, but also gave me the best breakfast recommendation on the menu. Super sweet, attentive, and just a joy to interact with. The overall staff here is very friendly. My only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that tables and seating area is never wiped down. I always either ask or do it myself. I know it gets busy but as soon as there's a down time please just wipe the tables rather than chatting. It goes a long way!

Omg!!!! We normally don’t go “wow” but the coffees we had were on point today. Not too strong and not too weak (which I don’t like the latter) so please to whom this may concern: Do this all the time!
Like every other Starbucks on Earth. And the coffee was good. Nuff said.

I ordered a Venti matcha oat milk latte with light ice. As I have done many times before at this location. We'll today my Venti cup was literally at the halfway point of the cup with the foam and I was like what is this. He explained to me because I asked for light ice it only goes up to that point. Or he can fill half the cup with foam at a extra cost mind you I'm already paying more for the oat milk and cold foam. They are wanting to cheat out on their customers. Even when we are paying extra my 5.65 drink went up to 8.23 but still get half a cup what is all that about. Got my money back and Went to a different location got a full Venti no problem and explaining what happened and they said that is not supposed to happen. They lost a long time customer. And this is by the same guy who's been making my drinks for the longest time. What a disappointment and I'm not one to argue but this is what we are talking about wanting tips and all and this is how you treat customers who's been going to this location for years I had to change my positive review to a negative after this experience.

The Starbucks located on Callaghan is the location for this review. The service is fast and the employees are nice and friendly. My only complaint is that the sweet cream cold brew that I ordered was stirred up or shaken, and did not look like the picture and really did not taste like the sweet creamcold brew that I had at one of the other Starbucks. A friend of mine advised that it has to do with who is making the sweet cream cold brew, but I thought that Starbucks has a guide for all locations that employees should follow to maintain consistency of their products.
I do want to add that the Starbucks employees are always so nice about giving my dog a puppy whip to enjoy when we stop in for a coffee. Overall a good location.
