I ordered one wrap nobody told me it was going to take twenty minutes to make me one wrap. All she said is we were down to one oven and now I'm late to work. That is something you have to communicate to your customers please.

Thoma was extremely nice and professional offered me a suggestion that the Americana might be hotter than regular coffee. Unfortunately I'm short on time and just a regular cup of joe would have to do. I like my coffee really hot. Most of the time it's just warm at best. However today it was ok. Then another associate proceeded to be so rude at the window to meWhen I asked her name she said Viv. 3 letters can you remember that. Then started to fight with me about how I get what I get hot or not. I felt bad for Thomas who was nice and kind. She should have never interjected her opinion. She started an unnecessary fight. Don't provoke a fight. Keep your opinions to yourself. She then proceeded to slam the drive through window.

Man with No Name

My wife & I have been going to this location for a number of years for coffee we don't leave close by but we liked the service & atmosphere in the pass. But we have noticed that a number of times we have shown up only the drive thru is open and a sing posted on the doors. We travel 8 miles to go to this place but unfortunately we have given up on this store for good. This has been very inconvenience for us. STARBUCKS NO MORE FOR US.....3718 Horizon Hill Blvd

I have been going to this store since last December due to convenience. I am so disappointed every-time and I stuck it out because it’s the only coffee shop in the area by work. Today was my last straw. I ordered my drink in the app as I always do because my preferences on the drink I asked for extra vanilla syrup in my drink and got zero. I called the store explaining my frustration as this was not the first time my mobile order was incorrect. I was told to stop by in the store and they would perform a refund. I held onto the drink because I didn’t want them thinking I was lying or something. So when I got to the store for my refund the manager on duty was absolutely so rude to me. His name was Jeffrey and he seemed offended that I had asked for a refund. It was very uncomfortable. I definitely will just choose to not use Starbucks again because I’ve given them a year of chances but clearly the people who work for their company do not care at all. It’s very disappointing.
