UPDATE: I immediately had to edit my review as the simple drink order was wrong (was a dark roast with coconut milk and missing the coconut milk).

Exclusive to USAA employees and contractors. Do not order using the mobile app. The way their system works places all the orders made in store ahead of yours. On multiple occasions I have waited easily over half an hour, and when asked about where my drink was I was told each time it will be out shortly, after they identified it as a mobile order. They’re friendly, but wildly overwhelmed. Not sure if it’s simply mismanaged or the sheer volume of drinks, but you won’t receive your drink in a timely manner when ordering through the app. It would be faster to order off campus, leave and return.

Zero stars for the unfriendly and super slow service.
Since USAA employees usually have short breaks, we are trying to place orders ahead of time and there is always a delay in getting them quickly. But today I’ve actually waited for 1 warm sandwich for 15 minutes with the empty cafe that was full of personnel, because they were not working on the food orders as they got them, they were actually collecting orders and have order stickers lined up and not taking the ready food orders to the visitors, my food was lukewarm and I probably wouldn’t get even after 15 minutes wait, but because I’ve asked for it, they throw it at me. We don’t have much choice here to eat quickly, thus this Starbucks team must be retrained for the efficient and friendly service. Otherwise after multiple complaints here, we are going to take it to the corporate team.

I’m sure it’s fantastic, but can you guys please specify on your website to say for the USAA building only. I walked all the way from home to get there and they tell me it’s private property.

The lazy woman who sits on a stool and takes people’s orders is very rude, she doesn’t even greet you, she just stars at you up down then waits for you the speak and continuously messes up my order. Then when I’m waiting for my order they just call out the drinks and not even names, today when I ask an employee who did a coffee belong too because the name was unreadable, she said “I don’t know it’s just a white mocha” . Everytime I come it’s an annoying and horrible experience. Will be filing further complaints.
