Ordered a Royal English Breakfast Latte and got Earl Grey tea. Wish I'd tried it before I got home. Unfortunately, it was a total waste of money.

What's happened to customer service and general courtesy?
I visited the location over the weekend to redeem a birthday reward. I went inside and informed the young guy at the register twice that I was redeeming a bday reward.
Through the SB app I clicked 'redeem' and the bar code was scanned.
On my way way home a notification came up thanking me for the purchase.... I was charged for the drink!
I called the store and the manager apologized for the mistake and said he (cashier) was new and didn't do it correctly. She recommended i return to the store for a refund and they would remake me my drink. She was unable to refund over the phone, but customer service could do it. Cust Svc said they couldn't correct the employee's mistake and recommended i return to the store.
I returned the next day and waited at the register for over 4 minutes before I was acknowledged. It was not busy at all, no line in the lobby and only 2 cars in the drive thru. No greeting when I walked in as they were too busy laughing and talking to each other to notice a customer.
I spoke with shift leader Jaz. She took the receipt and did the refund. She never apologized nor offered to remake the drink (like the manager offered)
I brought it up and Jaz remarked "I did the refund, that's all that's owed to you"
I told her what the manager said and she replied she couldn't honor the gesture to remake the drink. I've seen employees throw away entire drinks and remake them, so know she purposely chose not to honor the gesture.
I know it's absurd to get angry over coffee, but it's the lackadaisical and apathetic attitude and total lack of customer service that gets under my skin, especially when this is all their error. Not once was I told Happy Bday. I know it sounds petty but that's good customer service and just human decency, all of which are missing at this location.

I ordered online and left enough time for my drinks to be ready I arrived only one was ready they had to re make my other drink took them a while and they missed order notes as it really seemed like they made it like whatever

Had to get my "red cup" for this year, so we got two drinks and breakfast. Customer service at this location is definitely a 10+!!

After sitting in the drive-through for the longest time I’ve ever had to wait at a Starbucks I reversed back and drove off. I’m not sure what it’s going on right now but many other people drive off as well. They are taking orders from one person at a time and do not take another order until the original person drives off with their coffee that is ridiculous. I drove to the one near my house off Potranco and 151. At least I know this line doesn’t take forever and does not take one person at a time.
Understaffed according to the 4 employees there. It wasn't that crowded and they couldn't get a iced tea together for 15 mins? Nope.

We asked for two drinks and they made both of them incorrectly .. and after that they grabbed a drink from the garbage and we have no idea if they gave it to us or not .. today was a mess

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from an employee named Michael at a Starbucks store recently. Michael was exceptionally rude and dismissive when I asked for extra caramel in my coffee. When I repeated my request at the drive-thru window, he sighed, made an irritated face, and snatched my cup from me. Michael....you should work somewhere where you do not have to see or speak to people! RUDE!!!!!

Horrible customer service how are you going to advertise fall and not have ANYTHING PUMPKIN!!! Also if I want to use my stars don’t tell me I can’t use them all I’m super disappointed I won’t be coming back to this one
I feel like every Starbucks is different but I noticed that the basic drink "Caramel Frappuccino" they've been scimming on the caramel drizzle and not enough coffee, more milk than ever, I usually notice either more brown or tan color with this drink. Kinda saddening Starbucks.
