I visited so many Starbucks recently. This store is the best! I really enjoyed friendly baristas, clean restrooms. Even though all the stores use same coffee and same equipment, this store’s coffee is better than many others!

The baristas are very inconsistent in making the same drink. I use the app to consistently reorder the same drink and the drinks come out sweeter or not sweet enough depending on who is making them. I have noticed the baristas eyeball the measurements and that is what’s making the drinks inconsistent. It would be beneficial if all of the baristas followed the recipe.

So it's 5:29 and I am in my way to the office. I decide it's gonna be an espresso kinda morning to get my energy levels up to deal with second Monday or what ever you call this day .
I pull up and am met with the most kind voice saying " what can I do for you". my mood indicator has jumped to its gonna be a pretty good Tuesday after all.
next I pull up to the window and the smile that went with the voice greets me saying good morning with such warmth I was once again elevated in positivity now I am smiling saying have a great day as well.
I get my drink and head to the office. I go to take a drink and notice she has written " I believe in You" on the lid.
It's now offically a great day and I owe that to the angel at Starbucks on November 19 at 5:29 AM.

Kylie has a horrible temper. Usually love coming to this location even though it is out of the way, but this morning I was getting ridiculed at the drive thru. She speaks so harshly, practically barking at me and rolled her eyes when I asked a question. Overall made me feel so inferior. Hate to say but wont be returning and guess Ill have to find a new store

I had the worst experience with Jessica I asked her if my drink was ready and she gave me the ugliest answer. I was already running late on my doctors appointment her behavior was very unacceptable

Super disappointed… I stopped at this location instead of my normal one for my birthday drink and I did not get what I ordered - no cold foam, no extra strawberries, and definitely no two scoops of raspberry pearls in my strawberry açaí refresher. I’m not one to usually not ask for my drink to be remade but they were short staffed and kind of busy so I took the birthday loss and left.
Was in line for over 20 min no movement. Finally left. When I looked in drive thru window no one was there. Slowest ever.

Not a huge fan in general, but my adult daughter asked for one of their drinks. They always seem to try and present themselves in a more superior standing than in reality. My advice to the chain overall is train the servers to just be nicer.

I requested a French press with Casi Cielo from Guatemala and I got a Dark Roasted coffee instead, I should request and other regular brewed coffee because they don't have French press in that location.
