Placed a drive-thru order at 4:36 am on 05/19/25. My order was fulfilled on time, but the worker servicing the drive-thru made unsolicited commentary, which I perceived as passive-aggressive. I usually order a general shaken espresso with hazelnut syrup & soy milk. And upon picking up my order, the worker laughingly said: “You know you can just order a hazelnut shaken espresso with soy milk. Not sure if it’s cheaper.” What she suggested is more expensive, and I imagine a worker like herself is cognizant of price differentials. The onus is on the store location to set menu ordering parameters within the app if an ordering method such as mine is an issue. Otherwise, it’s a non-issue, and store workers’ commentary is moot & inappropriate from a customer service standpoint.

I’m a usual everyday and to get my order almost halfway and I ordered a venti blonde shaken espresso wow I should of just ordered a grande taking my service elsewhere

Girl at drive thru right now 12:36pm was super rude. She seemed annoyed we had a 4 drink order... and was rushing us at the window.

All but 1 server here are excellent go above and beyond. The one server likes to talk about customers when he thinks they are not listening to him. His remarks and general attitude leaves alot to be desired. There was a sick lady there who he started saying things about how she needs to stop doing drugs on their bathroom ect... The lady had been at the emergency room the night before. Judge Not Lest Ye Be Judged. Things are tough enough on people in this world today the last thing someone needs is someone speaking bad about them everyone knows a lie or bad story travels much faster than the truth. And once something like that is heard about someone true or not those that hear it spread it too. Not good for business. To the rest of the staff there they are Excellent

40 Minutes for a Grande Vanilla Latte! Then I get my order and it's all wrong. Literally how can you mess up you have one job! The absolute worse never experienced such a ridiculous wait time then the girl making the coffee said we'll you did see we had about 30 orders before you, no maam I did not maybe mention it prior. I don't have access to your orders, dumb response take some responsibility! Do not recommend this location unless you have an hour to spare.

I cannot believe the experience I just had. Not only was is busy in drive thru but the inside didn’t seem so bad . Come to find out there’s many orders ahead of us. People ordering 10 plus drinks and they work to put those out first before the easy drinks . There needs to be more workers on busy days and more communication. None of the team was shouting names only one girl . And drive thru should help out and multitask because it was madness. Waste of time

Great drinks and workers are knowledgeable and very pleasant to the customers. I do have one issue with one of your stores. It's on Vance Jackson rd in San Antonio Texas. There's only one handicap parking spot and every morning I go there There's a Texas State Trooper that parks in that handicap spot. Today I went to this location because I had enough stars to get a Starbucks cup. This Texas State Trooper was in the handicap spot with his personal pickup. This is not right.
