5 stars for the young man allowing to use the restroom while I was working 🫔

To preface I am writing this review as a Starbucks SSV. Firstly, I mobile ordered a blonde oat milk caramel macchiato with extra foam and an Iced London Fog with oat milk, sweet cream cold foam, and extra vanilla. The caramel macchiato was completely wrong, you could barely taste the espresso shots, it quite literally didn’t have caramel, there was absolutely no foam, and keep in mind I was there 2 minutes after my mobile was complete because I live right down the road so there’s no reason for the foam to be completely gone, if there was any to begin with. The cold foam on my london fog was runny, lumpy, and overall tasteless. I wouldn’t even feel comfortable serving that. However, I looked past this because I understand Sweet Cream has good and bad days. I am not one to leave bad reviews or complain but it gets WORSE. I call the store just for a remake on the Caramel Macchiato because at this point I’m just drinking a cup of warm milk. I call very politely because they’re busy just to see if I can stop by for a remake and I tell the supervisor (Madelyn) that there’s no caramel and I don’t believe this is oat milk. She goes ā€œOkay I definitely made that with oat milk and caramel but you can stop by in a couple minutes for the remake.ā€ And personally after the phone call I was absolutely appalled because in what world would I ever answer a remake call like that. I thought I was tweaking so I decided to scoop around the Caramel Macchiato cup to see if there was any residue of caramel because maybe it just melted? None at all, not even a scent of caramel. I come by the store, no greeting or anything, I was ignored by all baristas until one came to help me and he didn’t even face towards me all the way, he just leaned his ear over and said he’ll have the remake out.

What I’m trying to say is the staff here makes customers feel as if you’re a burden not even worth the time to face forward and look at you directly. I’m forever going to go out of my way to avoid this starbucks and I’d say the same to anyone thinking about stopping by.

If I could give this starbucks 0 stars, I would. This location has some of the rudest baristas I have ever encountered. Not only do they continuously make drinks incorrectly, they are rude, condescending, and lack customer service skills. As someone who works in the food service industry, this is not a way to treat paying customers at all, and I'm appalled that the ratings are even this high. Everybody at this store needs to be retrained, because the lack of compassion and empathy radiating from these baristas is jarring, to say the least.

Best Starbucks by far!!! Baristas were so polite!! Very helpful with knowledge of the product, Alexander even suggested I try the Pecan Crunch Oat Latte, I’m so glad I tried it. SO DELICIOUS!! Nice clean store, wide variety of products to choose from I bought a new cup I kno I’m gonna love!!! Walking into this Starbucks made my day!!

I stop here daily before work and never had an issue except for weekends. As a busy professional have a good tart to my morning is something I strive to achieve. This morning 9 ordered my c9ffee through the app and it wasnt ready when I arrived the food I ordered was there but the drink wasnt. I waited by the counter as a few other drinks were completed and placed out before I decided to ask. At no point did any of the baristas make any eye contact with me. When I was able to get someone's attention they looked at me as if I was interrupting them and before I could finish what I was saying one of the baristas inturupted me and said she was working on it and it would be out in somewhat of a rude manner. I waited another 10 minutes as she completed 3 other drinks before I asked to just cancel my order because I was late for work at this point. The Barista was obviously perturbed with my request and stated she had my drink in her hand and I could cancel my order or she could complete it right now. I dont know what happened to this location. I used to be treated well and feel very welcomed here. I guess its not the same on weekends.

Yeah, wow! I had to listen to a girl who tried to intimidate me by saying she's the manager who then gave me a sermon about how I shouldn't complain about how they could improve their service. Better to think about the good advice you've been given! I teach that to all my employees. Get real and over yourselves!

We usually go in out in the morning before , I take my husband to work. Everytime we go there always a smiling faces,very polite,and amazing Crew. Today I went in for a Strawberry Refresher and I saw the baristas doing design on drinks. They were amazing designs. So Mr Grey offer my the drink, of course I took it. It was amazing coffee. Anyways, the Store Manager Mr. Grey gave me the cup also. Mr. Grey and his crew were so amazing and very polite with beautiful character. I'm going to stop more often to to sit there and just drink my Starbucks and enjoy the Starbucks Crew.
Thank you for always being so amazing and wonderful crew.

Just attempted to get a matcha water (it's hot out and I wanted something cool and refreshing) and pumpkin loaf. The barista charged for a tea, then individual scoops of matcha. This led to the cost of the matcha water alone being nearly $10. I asked what the cost of each scoop of matcha was and she stated $1. I said that's four scoops plus water, right? So $4? She said no, it was a custom tea and the way she entered it was the only way I could get a matcha water. I then asked how many scoops of matcha were in the matcha latte. She stated three. At nearly $6 I felt it was a good compromise to get a matcha latte, but hold the water. She stated that water is not an ingredient in the matcha latte and the $10 charge is the only way she could serve me a matcha water. I've been to this location before for the same drink and the price has varied from $2 to $6, but $10 is a bit extreme.

Stopped in this morning to get some work done and my order was ready fairly quickly. I like that this location has a decent amount of seating. It seemed that the tables, chairs, and floors were a little neglected so thats the reason for the rating I gave it.

Will now go out of my way to avoid this specific location. If I'm spending nearly $6 for a drink it should be made correctly. I had my drink remade twice. 3rd drink, I thanked the barista politely and she ignored me. I stayed calm and respectful throughout the entire interaction, didn't hover while it was remade, and yet I was still met with annoyance as she loudly sighed remaking my drinks. She can stay mad though. The other barista acknowledged my drinks were made incorrectly both times I asked for remakes. All in all, mistakes happen sure, I was patient. But there was no need for the rudeness. I'll just go to a different place and have them done right the first time. 🤌
