Got a Lavender creme frap and it took them three tries to get sort of right. I asked for it to be double blended and the ice chunks were so big it didn’t even fit through the straw.

Love this location because it’s convenient for work but the coffee always tastes burnt and watery. Although the service here is amazing.

Everytime I come here, my espresso is burnt. So I go out of my way to go to another Starbucks :/ the baristas are nice but I wish they could brew, etc better.

The drinks do not taste how they used to.
No flavor on the sweet crème cold brew. Water downed over priced coffee. Had them redo it and still tasted awful. Will go to summer moon instead.

This is a drive in. I don't know anything about the interior. I personally like their Mocha Cappachino.

The guy with the cash register was very nice and very peppy!!

Amazing how six people there’s two that are working their tails off and everybody else is standing around

Came at 12 they just straight up don’t know how to make the drinks. I ordered a matcha latte with horchata cold foam extra matcha powder I picked up the cup it was so light like there was no liquid The WHOLE drink was froth and it tasted like nothing which for extra powder is insane

Terrible customer service. Ordered an Americano, got a cup of just milk. Went back, got in trouble for not stopping at the box, was told I “didn’t follow the correct protocol” for remake.

I'm not 100% what is off with his one...it's slow the employees also react slow it's just odd coffee good

It’s all always gamble on the morning crew. It’s extremely annoying that you either get the right drink or EXTREMELY watered down.
I’ve gone multiple of times to get my drink fixed.
Once I even went when they gave me a smaller order then watched the dude put it in a bigger cup and shoved ice in it & the wrong dairy base & said it was fixed. This is Ludacris.

Recently remodeled for better service. Staff is very friendly and community oriented. Indoor and outdoor seating.

20% of the drink was missing/empty. But paid for a venti. ? The drink was so bad that it was remade. Anyway, he basically then “ remade”me the same drink Lol not filled to the top, unflavored, and not hot. Why??? This was on 2/14/25 (lunchtime) horrible baristas! The drink had NO espresso …like at all ! They just add a squirt of fermented questionable coffee brew. 😖This is the result of letting untrained kids who dislike their jobs serve $7 lattes. Won’t be back ! Starbucks sucks. They stopped serving really good drinks over 10yrs ago! All for profit… 😔
