Waited in line for so long when I’m late to work ,I ordered a venti peppermint mocha frappe I mention to give me extra chocolate curls since there were never enough.And I ended up getting barely and my main point of getting this is because I like the chocolate curls.

My order this morning and on the cup is a regular white chocolate mocha and my drink tastes like pumpkin. It was gross and I didn’t realize until I was already on my way to work. Waste of time and money.

I’m confused about why I’m getting an attitude when I order on the app and I get here right away (was unintentional) as if that’s different from ordering at the drive thru. Maybe I like to order on the app so yall get my drink right. ??‍♀️ I said it’s fine I know and I can wait. Yall need to relax.

It is extremely disappointing to receive a drink that is completely different from what was ordered at 7am when I have somewhere to be, and the croissant I purchased for my son was unacceptably hard. This location, in particular, seems to consistently have issues, compounded by the long wait times.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a drink here that has no flavor. I’ve ordered the same thing at other Starbucks without a problem. The iced coffee is very watered down, there isn’t any sweet cream on top like the drink calls for, and it is barely sweet. The same thing happened a few weeks ago when I ordered a Frappuccino, it had no flavor. Someone needs to be retrained.
