Terrible customer service. Ordered an Americano, got a cup of just milk. Went back, got in trouble for not stopping at the box, was told I “didn’t follow the correct protocol” for remake.
I'm not 100% what is off with his one...it's slow the employees also react slow it's just odd coffee good
It’s all always gamble on the morning crew. It’s extremely annoying that you either get the right drink or EXTREMELY watered down.
I’ve gone multiple of times to get my drink fixed.
Once I even went when they gave me a smaller order then watched the dude put it in a bigger cup and shoved ice in it & the wrong dairy base & said it was fixed. This is Ludacris.
Recently remodeled for better service. Staff is very friendly and community oriented. Indoor and outdoor seating.
20% of the drink was missing/empty. But paid for a venti. ? The drink was so bad that it was remade. Anyway, he basically then “ remade”me the same drink Lol not filled to the top, unflavored, and not hot. Why??? This was on 2/14/25 (lunchtime) horrible baristas! The drink had NO espresso …like at all ! They just add a squirt of fermented questionable coffee brew. 😖This is the result of letting untrained kids who dislike their jobs serve $7 lattes. Won’t be back ! Starbucks sucks. They stopped serving really good drinks over 10yrs ago! All for profit… 😔

Waited in line for so long when I’m late to work ,I ordered a venti peppermint mocha frappe I mention to give me extra chocolate curls since there were never enough.And I ended up getting barely and my main point of getting this is because I like the chocolate curls.

My order this morning and on the cup is a regular white chocolate mocha and my drink tastes like pumpkin. It was gross and I didn’t realize until I was already on my way to work. Waste of time and money.
