Homeless inside just sitting not buying anything stinking up the place and they made my drink wrong cause the cashier was to busy texting while taking my order this location in despicable.

The cap for the cup easy open , I drink coffee everyday,me and my son was order and not drink yet , but get failed , I clean a most done , and then they help finish clean , we thank you , but they never ask for another one coffee .

Ordered my favorite drink and it was amazing per usual ?
I wouldn’t even leave a star if that was an optionThe Hispanic guy with glasses tried to charge me $4.28 for a water with two pumps of syrup, “claiming water is free and anything added is tea”.Beans added to water is coffee, syrup added to water is an add on. I have gotten this drink many times and they just charge for each pump of syrup! Someone really needs to retrain this guy. According to the other reviews this guy is quite a jerk to others as well.
Worst Starbucks ever. We were missing an item of our order and the manager the Hispanic guy with glasses did not wanted to give us our missing item. We felt discriminated, it’s the first time I’ve been treated like this in a Starbucks store.

This location gets my drink wrong 99% of the time. They need to be re-trained to make drinks according to the recipes. Seems like they’re just freestyling drinks and making the recipe as they go. I found a new location that is further away but actually gets my drink right. I wont be coming here anymore.
