Here at The Rim, they make the best coffee, but I had a bad experience at another location. Unfortunately, I don’t know exactly which one it was. I tried to file my complaint through the chat, but they couldn’t help me because they wanted me to send the photos I have. I couldn’t do that because their chat said I couldn’t send images at that moment, and the agent told me they couldn’t help without the photo. So, I’m posting my photos and sharing my bad experience here.
Yesterday, I was traveling from Dallas to my home in San Antonio and made a stop at a Starbucks location. I’m not exactly sure which one it was, but I think it was in Temple off Interstate 35. I went in and bought a vanilla frappuccino for my son, a strawberry cream for my daughter, and a Caramel Ribbon Crunch for myself. The latter was a huge disappointment. I usually love it; it’s my favorite, but this time it had no flavor. It tasted only like water with a hint of something. I always get it with almond milk, and it never tastes like the milk because the caramel, sweetness, and coffee flavors usually overpower it. But yesterday, it tasted like milk. Additionally, I’ve always received my drink with the cup covered in caramel, but this time it had nothing. I asked for extra crunch on top and bottom, and the bottom had no crunch at all, while the top barely had any. It was very disappointing. Since I was traveling home, it was impossible for me to go back for a replacement. When they handed me the drink, I was in a hurry because I was running late to a commitment in San Antonio, so I didn’t check or taste it until I was already on the road. That’s when I realized the caramel was missing and everything else was off. On top of all that, my kids wanted a sandwich, but there was absolutely nothing—no sweet or savory options, nothing to eat. I had to buy two bags of chips that they sell there. This situation is really frustrating because you always want your food to taste the best, and your products are not cheap. Having such a bad experience really makes me not want to stop at Starbucks again when we’re traveling on the road. The best experience I’ve had has been at the Starbucks on the Rim in San Antonio. I paid with my debit card, and I believe the store number is 1871, according to what’s listed in my bank app.
5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the Rim but 1 for the live chat and the other location

I’ve been to this location plenty of times after work. I know mornings can be a bit hectic but I’ve haven’t encountered an issue with anything. All orders came out on a timely manner. Staff has always had a friendly vibe with every occasion.

There wasn't much of a wait when I visited this Starbucks. They got my drink to me quickly. My friend and I enjoyed some time outdoors where we had some privacy. It's a good location and almost always a good product.

The young lady that took my order was awesome explaining the cold coffee fall drinks, the coffee that I ordered was delicious ?%! The seating area is nice to sit and enjoy your coffee indoors and outdoor. I visited @ 7pm

Nothing like BURNT coffee in the morning that you have to wait 20 minutes for and then eat a cold sandwich because BURNT coffee took so long.

Cameron was rude to me and other guests, he was using profanity in front of the younger visitors and making inappropriate jokes. Cameron, you need to be fired and not representing Starbucks to our community.
They got the exact same order I always order wrong and then blamed it on me. The guy with the mask that couldn't manage to take my order without help was off-putting (if your immune system is so compromised at your age, should you really be working this job?). Basically reminded me of why I haven't been going to SBUX much anymore.

Was the only Starbucks open so I drove 30 minutes there for them to close 30 minutes early yet workers and customers were still in there.

This location is super fast and convenient
All very well. But in chai tea they add a lot of water and little milk.
The service is only exceed by the coffee product that is created by the employees they strive to welcome you into the establishment and it does not matter lf your order is complicated or simple they are happy to serve you
