I stopped at the Starbucks drive-thru this morning and ordered a large iced chai. The barista first handed me a small, and when I politely corrected her, she said she would remake it as a large. As I paid for a large. What I received instead was a watered-down version of an iced chai.
When I called to speak with a shift lead, I was surprised to learn that if a barista makes a mistake, instead of remaking the drink according to Starbucks’ recipe, they simply pour the smaller drink into a larger cup and top it off — regardless of taste or quality — because they don’t want to “waste product.” I unfortunately wasted both my money and my time, it seems this location is more focused on not wasting their money and don’t not seem to be worried if I waste my money on a sup par product.

It's a Starbucks like any other. It's the staff that make it unique right? I mean, unless it's falling apart or something. So I would say it's a Starbucks like you would expect and has friendly staff. Parking can be tight in the early hours during the week and a line for drive through. It's to be expected. Park facing the building for morning shade but by 11am it's blazing hot.

Ordered two drinks. Upon arriving to work one drink lid came off, drink spilled. I was working & wasn’t able to call right away. Drink spilled all over my work area. Called to request remake of drink as a courtesy. I was informed they would not by individual. This individual stated, “I made those drinks ….” the individual stated they were certain lids were on securely. I always order from this Starbucks and have never asked for a drink to be remade. Disappointed
I stopped into this location. I needed a quick pick me up and Phys helped me and he is so awesome he made my drink and also got me a small sample of a drink bc I was told about it and wow I absolutely will be ordering it now. Thank you so much you are the best. I hope I spelled his name correctly

Had a little extra time before an appointment so stopped by to enjoy the patio and get some work done. Tried their blackberry lemonade refresher and it was fresh and delicious!! Plus the staff was friendly and SUPER fast! Thanks!
