The remodel of this location completed in early 2024 successfully cut the available seating/study room by about 40%. The WiFi also no longer works. Upon asking staff for help with the WiFi I was told, "It doesn't even work for me."

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered online and I stood there waiting for 30 mins. No one acknowledged me nor even said hello. This seems to be an ongoing issue at this location based off previous reviews. Management must also be an issue since this hasn’t been addressed and corrected.

Purchased 8 varieties of Starbucks drink, the barista set them in the counter and left them. I walked up and asked if they were mine and I was literally ignored. I asked again and was told to give them a minute. I waited and then picked up the drinks my name was in them. I then asked which one was the one with less sweetener and again ignored. I raised my voice and was told they were taking care of other customers in the drive through. Terrible experience and people who work there just don’t care!!!

Starbucks used to be a place you could go hangout or study in a cool atmosphere. It seems they value profit over comfort now. First, the store was freezing inside. I came to get some work done and I genuinely felt like they kept lowering the temperature the longer I sat there. Then the bathrooms. Every Starbucks has the WORST bathrooms. No toilet paper and just dirty. Lastly, the people working were not friendly. They forgot the food portion of my order and when I brought it to their attention they turned around without saying anything to me to start on it. Called my name when it was ready and when I said “thanks” they didn’t even look my way.

terrible experience! completed ruined my day and filled me with rage. I ordered a chai tea gingerbread latte expecting hot and received iced. Usually the baristas ask hot or iced, i forgot to specify and was not asked that question, just given what the barista assumed, which was iced and i did not want. I didn’t feel like being a karen or disrupting the line of cars behind me so i decided to not say anything to the barista. However, i will not attend this location in the future because of this terrible experience. I threw my drink out the window because i didn’t want an iced drink and was VERY mad. what a waste for a $7 coffee

I've gotten drinks here occasionally when shopping. This store has always made my drink with excellence. Anything I order here tastes like the Starbucks I remember long ago. I had a latte last night and just had to leave a review. I don't know how they do it!
