I would give a zero BUT this is the only way I could write a review. This morning, day of bear cup launch I was there when doors open The manager Haley said there were no more. She said the employees purchased the cups bc they are allowed as it is one of the perks of being a employee. There was a few of us in line for a while. If employees are going to be customers they should have been in line as well. This is wrong in many levels. The manager was also very rude about the situation. Starbucks why sell limited cups if your employees are going to buy them?

I love the Baristas at my neighborhood Starbucks. They make the vibe awesome. And they can always come up with just the right drink even when I have no clue what I want. 😆 food is always good, of course. Healthier selections than fast food, too.

Took 20 minutes because they forgot about one food item. Girl at the handoff counter was really short and dismissive, there were four people on the floor and it wasn't busy. I used to work for sbux and I get it prioritize drive thru times but seriously? No need to be short with my mother asking about her food, don't work in customer service if you can't handle being kind especially when it's slow.

Ordered 3 drinks with easy ice. They put easy ice but they added water to fill them to the top . To compensate for the ice . So I got 3 watered down drinks . Smh.
