Somebody please tell me how does the cashier not know how to work the register. Shouldn’t have be criteria for getting the job. She literally tried to overcharge me because it was easier.

Great customer service. The barista Corey, was very helpful in helping me decide what I wanted to order. She made a delicious vanilla bean frap and then the cherry on top was the warm vanilla bean danish that she recommended me. Would try again, loved the experience.

The cashier NICK seemed to have an attitude because we wanted to look at the cups that are for sale and rushed us and when trying to have a genuine conversation he rolled his eyes and didn’t even bother to ask what sized drink I wanted and gave me whatever. If you’re not happy with your job find a new one Nick.

I ordered two chai lattes and it took over 15 minutes.

The baristas were so lack luster it was depressing. Not one greeted with a smile.

The girl calling out names with the frog hat gave my daughter dirty looks bc she was waiting for our drinks at the bar.

Not sure why starbucks keeps hiring these moody youngins that don’t know what good customer service is…

Ordered a latte and told the clerk make sure it is full. Left a tip too! However slightly more than half was full, rest was all foam. It happened before there a couple times I had to go back once. I decided to go back again to get it remade. I make or order latte once if not twice a day. The girl who made the latte was saying it was full, sounded like that's normal and irritated. I insisted it was not and told her I know what I am talking about. I even had showed her the drink after the foam. She remade the latte and handed to me with an attitude. I thanked her but no response. I thanked her again implying she was rude. She was still arguing. The other girl started saying thank you sir thank you sir implying me to leave. Well I am a business owner with multiple locations with 4.9 google ratings each. I deal with customer service as much as their age. Apperantly this was an on going behavior there. Not much to say to them. It's their manager who needed to be written up.
