Some kid named Calum messed up my drink and when I mentioned it he scuffted and began to mumble under his breath and ruined the drink further

Horrible service! If it wasn't for us customers yall wouldn't be getting a pay check. Will not be going to startbucks ever again. What a way to ruin someone's birthday after just wanting to redeem a birthday reward. Make sure yall pay attention to what the order is and always verify to make sure it's what we ordered. This is why companies go out of business for having poor service, yall chase customers away and we'll just take our money else where.

Went to get my Birthday gift and it wasn't even what I ordered. It was made and served very poorly. I know its a free gift but come on ppl..NOT EVEN A HAPPY BIRTHDAY ONLY A BAD ATTITUDE.. I'll stick to Dutch Bros...

Closed Several days in a row due to workers striking. This is a failure of management. Either cut a deal with your existing employees - many of whom are good —or get new employees. You are losing regular customers by failing to handle your business.
Man, i have this starbucks across the street, always getting drinks for me and my wife, today Thursday, December 11 we went to grab some hot chocolate and of course they were close because of a strike? If I was the owner I would fire them a hire people that really needs and appreciate having a job, just my opinion, now because is this, the Dutch Bros that is literally 2 min from that Starbucks, is getting my money from now on, what a sad situation

Placed an order at 6:50pm on 11/30/2025.
The driver thru girl was extremely rude. Slammed the window open, shoved my drinks at me and put her hands on the lids with her finger on the lip part.
Was trying to be considerate (maybe a bad day?)
Wished her well and to have a good day and she just walked away.
This made me unbelievably sad, could almost say she ruined the holiday spirit.

they are really nice here but always mess up my order :( i never want to go back around due to line but they have gotten my drink wrong 10+ times no matter how much i try and make it easy. i always end up getting the lemonade when i ask for the refresher and even clarify i just want water in it. also, i almost never get light ice despite asking. when i check the receipt in my app i can verify light ice was not input. it would help if they would utilize the stickers so i can confirm the order being correct at the window, or if like other starbucks they would have me wait at the order screen while they input the order so i can verify on the screen before just being told to pull up. of course i could insist i wait, but when there’s a line and im being told to just pull up i hate to inconvenience them. just a frustrating experience and i can’t justify coming here anymore after so much money spent on the wrong thing. i worked at starbucks for 2 years myself so i understand the rush, but there are means to make sure this doesn’t happen that may need cracked down on a bit :,)

I went to this Starbucks today, Sunday, November 23, and I believe his name is Derek (I’m so sorry if I got it wrong). He was wearing a mask. He has excellent customer service! His phrase was ‘awesome, awesome’ to the drive-thru customers. Such a great attitude!

Extravaganza was great she immediately acknowledged me gave me a menu and answered my questions and then made my drinks. Her customer service was unmatched compared to the other workers there. There was another girl there and a guy and they couldn't care to greet walked by several times without even saying anything while Extravaganza was running around taking care of everyone. The guy seemed unhappy to be there and couldn't even fix his face to at least smile. It made me feel unwelcome and I almost left. Im happy Extravaganza helped me!

Everytime i go i ask for easy ice and it’s like they don’t care, rude customers who give attitude as well
They botched the order pick up drink and had the front door locked so I would have had to wait 30 minutes or more in a long car line to have them fix it.

Always a pleasure to go in,get my Starbucks and enjoy it. Amazing atmosphere. Seeing the baristas doing the most in doing their jobs. To make customers happy.
