I come here very often and today’s visit just really was poor. I walked in and no welcome. Yes the drive through was fairly busy. It was misty outside. However I work in customer service at the mall across the parking lot. I get to the counter after the next customer and the girl who was working on. April 6 at 1130 with purple braids was unprofessional. You don’t finish with a customer and then the phone rings regarding what sounded like a web order take their order with out having the decency to let the customer(ME) who WAS next before that phone call that you would be right with them. I understand this is a new establishment and seemed they were short staffed for today’s traffic but this girl very much appeared to have not liked her job today. Another little girl ended up seeing 5 people in line including me and took everyone’s order. I did address tell her “Thank you for that” (assisting me) and explained the issue and she herself said I totally understand. I am sorry about that. I guess I will remain getting my drinks in my home area (Alamo Heights) instead of here where sometimes it’s inconvenient.

Usually love this place but tonight I stopped by at 7:25pm saw a girl and a guy throwing away trash then walk back inside u wait in the drive threw for almost 10mins until I gave up(I really needed my coffee to pull an all nighter)and drove a way. No response no hey we’re closed. Then another car came and they took just stayed there waiting in line as well .

My friend and I recently switched our coffee dates to this location due to construction on 1604 and holiday insanity (we normally meet at the La Cantera Starbucks). We have been to this location at NW Military and Wurzbach Pky twice and it has been really lovely. The staff is friendly, efficient and very courteous. Alize is especially nice and ALWAYS has a smile. Such a nice atmosphere. I think this is going to be our new "regular spot". :)Parking: In a shopping center. There has been abundant parking nearby every time I have visited.
The atmosphere is very nice. Also, the baristas are very friendly.

I got a cake pop for my son thru drive thru and when I went to give it to him it looked like someone took a bite from it. Plus lady in drive thru was very rude!!! Tried to get replaced it was too busy, waste of money!

The ice and water from here has made me sick numerous of times. I don't think they clean the dispensers for either. Whenever the ice melts, you can see particulates.

I should have made a review long before now but having just visited another Starbucks with subpar service I decided I definitely needed to give kudos to the BEST Starbucks in San Antonio.I would come by nearly every morning before work (recently moved to converse) and Chris worked the drive thru. SO FRIENDLY! You could tell he genuinely liked his job and cared about the customers. The staff inside are equally amazing! I would get these random “have a great day Keisha” messages on my cup which really made my mornings. Especially if it had started out rough.I really hated leaving the area and I still try and take the long way around at times to order here, but if you live in the area and happen to be on the way to work one morning you should stop by!

The guy working at the drive thru was acting weird. I kept talking and he kept saying he can’t hear. I repeated my order 2 times and he kept acting like I wasn’t saying anything. The drive thru needs some work.
