Gave me old dark roast not hot when I got home
I have to share ....I've been in this store several times it is kept so clean with excellent service...Bathrooms are excellent and I can not believe other stores don't use this as a model. I've been in store that are dirty and not friendly and will not go back...When in this area I always stop there. Keep it up folks good job.

Thank you so much to the polite barista who helped identify the person parked illegally in the lined off spot between the two disabled spots. He asked patrons politely if it was their car, and when he found out who it was, he politely asked him to move so I could get in my car. No yelling, no drama, no disruption, just kindness and willingness to fix the problem.

Decent coffee stop. More & better breakfast entree choices needed. Need to return the morning bun and add a more wholesome breakfast burrito to the menu. Coffee, tea, and summer drink choices ok, but prices should be discounted more often. $5 cup is pretty expensive for avg buyer.

I have only been to Starbucks maybe 4 times so that's why I gave it 4 stars. I have to admit, I love their summer drinks. I discovered them last summer. I'm not a coffee drinker but if you've never tried their summer drinks, now is the time. Very refreshing. Too bad a large is over $7. But I will spend it from time to time because it is really good.

Met up with some friends for a meeting. Stayed an hour and a half. Upon arrival, I ordered a latte, cake pop, and pink drink. Got the beverages. Waited for cake pop. Asked about it and figured it would be right out considering they're ALREADY MADE! Kept checking counter and checking counter. After 30 min, my daughter asked for it, and the lady was getting it. 20 min later, still nothing... Finally, 15 min later, someone reached under the counter behind the glass to get 1 choc cake pop. Put it in an envelope and handed it to my daughter. Omg really?!? Thought after all that it was gonna be fresh out the kitchen or SOMETHING?!? Quite disturbing considering there's about 5 or 6 workers. They were pretty busy on Saturday morning, but still smh

Good, it's my favorite coffee shop, but this girl has a very bad attitude when working with people. I won't come to this place anymore. She wears glasses, has green hair, and a black cap. She has a very bad manner with customers.

I will never go to Starbucks again. Their customer service is horrible. Their values are horrible. Their employees also think it's okay to go on strike when that's just a starter job. This is where I stand with Starbucks and their prices of drinks are way overpriced
The staff here is phenomenal. I have a simple order, well to me it is, but other locations can't seem to get it right, ever. This location routinely gets it right, and all of the employees are nice. So I end up going here almost every day.
The drinks and food are nice, but really it's the way you're treated that can really make a restaurant stand out.
I looked at the other review, and I don't get the negativity. If they get it wrong, the people here are always quick to fix any problem I have. But I've seen some way over the top rudeness from other customers. I don't get that kind of behavior at all.
This location is one of the best in town, the consistency with the drinks is perfect, and the people working here are outstanding!

This has got to be the worst Starbucks experience ever ! 7pm crew sucks and I will be calling cooperate to let them know the shift leader certainly sucks and that they like to pocket the change .. 3$ more or less it doesn't matter . Argued with the manager for 10 minutes then he tried hanging up which he couldn't. At the 13-minute Mark he said that he has wasted too much time on that phone call I told him I don't want to call corporate and get him in trouble so that all he really needs to do is let that employee know that they need to remember to give back the change. He then had the audacity to still stick up for the employee. Instead of just agreeing and accepting that his employee had messed up. What really got me upset is that the so-called staff leader told me that even though his employee forgot to give me my change and that because I had already driven off there is nothing they can do about it.

Staff are unfriendly and unconcerned about customer welfare. I was seated next to a man who was making threatening remarks to me and my partner. Staff knew about it and did nothing. I did not feel safe here.
