Please bring back the cream stations. Can't seem to get my coffee the way I like it. It's either over creamed or they seemed afraid to add some cream. This is all locations.

Absolutely ridiculous!! All I did was ask for no ice!! Never again will I order from Starbucks & you best believe they still charged me that venti price even though most of it was air!!

I love Starbucks but this location has been messing up a lot recently. Most recently I did a Mobile order and it was completely wrong. My drink was supposed to be iced with cold foam, the drink I picked up was hot. This has happened a few times. I’m sure anyone would be happy to remake the drink but I order ahead because I pick up on the way to work, I don’t usually have time to wait for a remake. Everyone has been very nice when I go but it’s very frustrating to get the wrong drink especially when they are a little pricey and not having time for a remake, that’s why I order ahead.

I go through the drive thru to get my coffee and I’m not even greeted at the window simply just given my total and stared at. Which not a big deal, but her energy and attitude of very little customer service continued. I handed her a 100 dollar bill and she said “I can’t brake that” I told her that’s all I had and again she simply said “I can’t brake that” so I drove off and walked inside to speak with a manager to advise that maybe they should let customers know ahead of time that they do not accept $100 bills. So I don’t waist my time sitting in line waiting for something I didnt get.

Well the lady I spoke to inside (Melissa) did not lack empathy and explained to me why they have that policy and still provided excellent customer service. (Ive interacted with this lady before and she’s always been so welcoming and friendly, and this is reason why I would go back to this location)

I also think the lady in the drive thru was a manager. (Liz) which is insane, cause I could only imagine how she’s leading her team.

Quick and friendly staff. Only issue was the availability of products, but this isn't the normal location I visit.

The manager was a middle aged woman named angela was talking to customers about innapropriate things and joking around while they kept us waiting kept us waiting in line. I’m a military wife and with my kids I felt so disrespected especially on the red Fridays. I will be going to black rifle cafe instead. This is America do not disrespect it.

Is it me or do all Starbucks work the same. What is it with who comes first. All I ordered was a black coffee. Shouldn't take 11 min for a regular cup of joe.. Starbucks number 2, failed.
