This Starbucks is one of the best! The team members are friendly & efficient. I used to always order the passion fruit lemonade iced tea when we lived in AZ. Now, I always get a hot Chai Tea with whole milk and it's perfection in a cup. The yummy drinks along with the friendly service is exemplary of quality customer service. Thanks so much for renewing my faith in customer service. I was starting to 🤔 wonder. Jus say'in.

Been coming here for a couple months now never had a problem except today really bothered me
Ordered a grande white chocolate mocha and I noticed the difference when grabbing my cup when I grabbed it but I didn’t think anything of it plus I had to run to work (mobile order took longer today)
I get to work and started to drink my coffee and again I noticed a difference I opened the life and it was not even filled I honestly might as well have ordered a Tall instead of a Grande
Didn’t like the way the manager was talking to people she looked like and was completely shocked and dumb founded and sarcastic by everything anyone said to her, employees didn’t seemed to be dressed appropriately for work either and not fit for food handling, also my drink tasted bad

If this place is a reflection on Starbucks as a whole. This is sad every time I come in I’m either ignored or my order is skipped and it’s sad but it definitely seems to be racially motivated. I ordered online and most of my order was completed except for one drink. Not only did the associate (which I’m assuming she’s the manager) make it seem like I was lying. She started my drink then mid way left it to start and complete someone else’s order and mind you I was already in the store for a total of almost 20 min on a mobile order. Everyone who was caucasian was greeted and had their order made right away but for some reason every time my African American self comes in this building it’s an issue. This has happened on several occasions and I’ve tried to ignore the fact and simple assume that they were busy or it’s a coincidence. But this has happened way too often and I will not be coming to this location again. Nor would I recommend a person of color to go to this place because it’s very clear that we are not welcomed.

Ive been coming to this location for at least 4 years. This last year that ive been going the people making the drinks do not put any effort into getting your order correct. Most of the time it is more milk than anything. You can tell most workers are very annoyed when speaking to them, even when you are nice. I understand working a customer service job sucks sometimes, but the least you can is put in a little effort in a drink im paying for.
