I really like this particular Starbucks location. It's in an older neighborhood and has big windows to take in life outside. It doesn't feel as corporate as a lot of other locations. I also appreciate how they keep their hours updated on Google map on days with bad weather like today with the winter storm so that people don't waste effort driving over when they're closed.

Got to the cafe at 6:46pm and began placing an order everything was packed up and cleaned and they had everything closed down? Also the barista mentioned the blenders were broken the cake pops unavailable and clearly sighed very loudly at my requests. It appeared she rolled her eyes but later she left the drink in silence and walked away. Barista was rude and very hostile. Cafe was practically closed early and the service sucked not impressed.

This Starbucks is one of the best! The team members are friendly & efficient. I used to always order the passion fruit lemonade iced tea when we lived in AZ. Now, I always get a hot Chai Tea with whole milk and it's perfection in a cup. The yummy drinks along with the friendly service is exemplary of quality customer service. Ordered a grande white chocolate mocha and I noticed the difference when grabbing my cup when I grabbed it but I didn’t think anything of it plus I had to run to work (mobile order took longer today)
I get to work and started to drink my coffee and again I noticed a difference I opened the life and it was not even filled I honestly might as well have ordered a Tall instead of a Grande

Didn’t like the way the manager was talking to people she looked like and was completely shocked and dumb founded and sarcastic by everything anyone said to her, employees didn’t seemed to be dressed appropriately for work either and not fit for food handling, also my drink tasted bad
