Everyone at this location is so friendly and always greets me with a smile, 😊. It doesn’t matter if I’m having a bad day these employees will make my day 10-30% better just by rolling through the drive through.

Just had the worst Starbucks experience. First off I stood there 5 minutes after my time said it would be ready. And watched two employees just stand there and talk to each other. Just to be told that they no longer carried the drink I ordered.

Then the girl made me another drink and it was horrible. She let the milk sit for way too long and the shots were 5 minutes old just sitting there.

Pay attention guys and take care of your customers. I spend way too much money on a drink for it to be basically not drinkable.

The girl who made my drink was rosez or something like that with a nose ring and tons of tattoos. The only helpful person was someone who walked up after I had already been standing there for 5 minutes and asked if someone had talked to me about my drink being unavailable. This second person is also the only one who apologized.

Do better. I expect more when I spend 8 bucks on a freaking coffee.

This has been my local Starbucks since it opened at this location. Staff probably need their job more than I need my Starbucks coffee BUT they don’t seem to care about THE service they deliver. Today it’s run by rude and unpleasant staff. They missed one item on the order, kept calling me by the wrong name and then suggested that they were doing me a favor by giving me the remaining item on the order. Three very rude staff memberS JUST in TIME to SPREAD Holiday Cheer. Who needs coffee from Starbucks??!!

I just visited this location via drive thru and I was so pleasantly surprised to speak with Eden at the drive thru window while I was waiting on my order. She asked about my day, if I had any special plans, and how I enjoyed my Thanksgiving. In this day and age it's so rare for those who work in service to genuinely care about those they are serving. This small interaction made my day and I want to say thank you to Eden for your wonderful and cheery disposition. It was the best interaction I've had at a Starbucks in years.

I have been coming to the Starbucks for nearly 4 years. In earlier years, I came almost every day, now I come a couple of times a week. I come because it is near my house, but honestly, it leaves me deflated. Despite coming in often, they very clearly do not know my name. Once, I even had a barista ask me my name when I picked up my order, when I had seen him nearly every day for months. The staff rarely even give me eye contact when I come into the store. It is honestly a very cold experience.

I realize this Starbucks is very busy, but this is extremely uncommon for this company. I have moved several times in my life, and have always had a home Starbucks, and this is the first Starbucks that has not taken the time to even try to know my name. Sometimes even when I travel somewhere for a week, the barista knows my name within three or four days. I know that barista’s are often overworked and underpaid, and so maybe it seems silly to be affected when they do not bother to go through the motions of greeting someone they see often, and I definitely do not want people to be friendly and happy to see me because they’re forced to. But after 4 years, it genuinely makes me sad. I am always happy to greet barista with a smile, and I know many of their names simply by virtue of paying attention to their name tags. I really wish the baristas at this Starbucks branch would do the same.

This is a bigger Starbucks with lots of merch to buy. The drinks were good as usual. There is plenty of tables and chairs in this location.

The team here is super efficient — even when it’s busy, they keep the line moving fast and get everything right. The staff are always friendly and upbeat, which makes stopping by such a nice part of my day. My drinks are always made perfectly, and you can tell they really care about great service. Definitely one of the best Starbucks locations around!

Very convenient cafe, especially for shoppers needing a break. They offer a standard Starbucks menu and a place to sit, relax and enjoy the WiFi.

This Starbucks is by far one of the best I’ve been to. The team here is always welcoming and you can really feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in. Shane, the store manager, clearly sets the tone. He’s attentive, professional, and you can tell he cares about both the staff and the customers. It makes such a difference when leadership is present and engaged. Drinks come out quickly, the store is spotless, and I always leave in a better mood than when I came in.
