Went in with one of my best friends we both order something and I ordered something for someone who wasn't there with us. The person who was at the cash register there name was Forest and they were so patient and help me decide what the best drink to get for the person who wasn't there. He was so patient and nice person and after I ordered he was having a full conversation with me and was asking questions he didn't just do his job and move on. He had a long conversation with. Overall great experience. really great service too

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but today I had one of the worst experiences ever at the Vance Jackson location. The inside was closed, and when I politely asked how I could place an order, the manager**Tree**was incredibly rude and dismissive. What made it even worse is that it honestly felt racially motivated. I was treated with such disrespect and coldness that I can’t help but feel it had something to do with how I look. I’ve never dealt with this kind of energy at any Starbucks before. I’m deeply disappointed and hurt.

You can't go wrong with Starbucks! Their employees are all well trained, they all have great attitudes, and they make it very comfortable in or through the drive thru. Of course, it can be pricey, but at Starbucks, you really do get what you pay for. Great coffee, food, and pastries.
