I ordered a large caramel ribbon crunch frap and they gave me a small, I asked about the size and they insisted that was the large for that drink, I asked what the small was and they said they only have one size. Waste of money and time, didn't even drink it, straight to the trash for the wasted effort. Definitely wouldn't recommend hiring baristas who don't know what they're doing and maybe train them better? Not doing this again.

Out buying last minute gifts, we were exhausted and needed to get off of our feet. So we stopped here for some coffee and relaxed before we headed out to do it all again.

Ordered two black coffees and a bit of food, and had to wait several minutes. When coffee arrived, it was full of grounds. Asked for a replacement, and after several minutes, still no coffee and the food never arrived. Finally gave up waiting but not before we saw the servers performing TikTok dances and serving everyone else.

I go in it is 10 o’clock in the morning they do not have a bowl coffee. They do not have any inside seatiing. The outside seating is in the blazing sun with no cover. One of the barista‘s told me if I wanted to work from someplace to go to a different café that’s across from Apple. They said they could make me an Americano but we know that’s just water down espresso. Now I know why their rating is low.

I came in 10 minutes before closing and the young man said he’s only selling tea no blender drinks because the blender were already cleaned. I’m not sure this is a thing lol!?

Today 6/26 it was a bad experience. The young girl taking orders had a bad attitude, double charged us, told us to go to the Guest Services because “we’re not a real Starbucks” . Gave no options for a better experience. When asked if I could just get an extra drink instead… she said no. The other guys working said yes, she said no. Why? Bad experience. Just be fair ma’am.

Went in like any other Starbucks. But this one was totally different. Music blasting, one employee dancing behind the register, and the other employees huddling and debating on who going to take my order. I tried to order a drink but the employee couldn't hear me over the music. They also couldn't hear each other when she asked an employee if there was oatmilk available from 3 feet away.We love going to Starbucks but I don't think I'll return to this location
