Literally the best place ever I love Starbucks so so much literally a 11/10

Ordered two black coffees and a bit of food, and had to wait several minutes. When coffee arrived, it was full of grounds. Asked for a replacement, and after several minutes, still no coffee and the food never arrived. Finally gave up waiting but not before we saw the servers performing TikTok dances and serving everyone else.

I came in 10 minutes before closing and the young man said he’s only selling tea no blender drinks because the blender were already cleaned. I’m not sure this is a thing lol!?

THEY DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH, they laugh when they don't listen well, that's not professional, but I give it a 10, the flavor of the drink I ordered is balanced.

Today 6/26 it was a bad experience. The young girl taking orders had a bad attitude, double charged us, told us to go to the Guest Services because “we’re not a real Starbucks” . Gave no options for a better experience. When asked if I could just get an extra drink instead… she said no. The other guys working said yes, she said no. Why? Bad experience. Just be fair ma’am.

Went in like any other Starbucks. But this one was totally different. Music blasting, one employee dancing behind the register, and the other employees huddling and debating on who going to take my order. I tried to order a drink but the employee couldn't hear me over the music. They also couldn't hear each other when she asked an employee if there was oatmilk available from 3 feet away.We love going to Starbucks but I don't think I'll return to this location

Ordered 4 drinks . Got to the window and all but one were wrong. Caramel Macch had no caramel in it. Ordered a latte and got a frap for the white choc mocha latte and the two different fraps we ordered were the same. Never going back to the Rim Starbucks again.

Great service and quick only Starbucks around but the 2 employees that were there did and outstanding job was out in less then 4 minutes I’ve been to other Starbucks’s with more employees takes Forever to get order !!!! Overall satisfied!!

I put 3 only because literally the past 2 times I’ve gone they have told me part of my order isn’t available . The service is great and fast I just wish what I wanted was always available.

Speed: A bit below average for a Starbucks; also say two separate customers each get the same drink, there’s a chance the second customer gets their drink before the first..order is...inconsistentCustomer Service: So-so, Not as inviting as other locations but the staff isn’t hateful eitherQuality: This is why I rate so low, I most the time just get a simple strawberry refresher, this is the worst place I’ve ever gotten refreshers from, the drink is overpowered and the ratio is so off...they don’t have it together.In short, for convenience and such I think it’s still worth going by and grabbing a drink opposed to getting a bottled drink nearby, all I’m saying is don’t expect it to be the best.
