Just order two latte grande venti's. The lattes were so weak that they tasted like hot milk. I could not call the location because it went straight to Target number to let them know. The young lady needs to be retrained on making lattes.

The people here are so rude. They take forever and when you go up and ask about it they roll there eyes and have a rude response. Maybe it's just the morning but that does not make me start my morning good.

This young lady was very friendly and did her best to make my chai latte hot tea, since I was leary of any other Starbucks making it correctly, except FM 78 store, she did an outstanding job! This is the kind of employee you wanna keep HAPPY Starbucks, just saying!Her name was Julianna.

Manager training new people was so rude. Asked for an extra splash of milk that I’d pay for if needed and she literally gave soo much attitude and was basically like “next time just order a latte” when I didn’t need my entire drink filled with milk.. I just had ordered an extra splash in the first place. I get that maybe dealing with extra requests may be annoying to her but it was unnecessary and didn’t need to make me feel uncomfortable. Never going back to this Starbucks’s and I feel bad for the trainings dealing with her too. She didn’t even seem very pleasant to them either. If you hate your job find a new one girl. Starbucks train your managers better and choose ones that want to actually be there and are friendly at least.
