Thank you to the two gentlemen who helped my mom and I this morning at 6:30am 2/1/22- my mother has just been diagnosed with wheat and dairy allergy and I have recently been diagnosed with celiac disease and dairy allergy.. we used to love Starbucks until we realized we couldn’t hardly order anything *yummy* without dairy or gluten. The last time we tried to get Starbucks at the one near our house they had to remake our drinks 3 times and I watched the lady pour dairy milk into my drink and she argued with me that she didn’t and I ended up leaving frustrated and on the verge of tears that someone could be so insensitive. ANYWAY.. these two gentlemen at this location were so sweet to check every ingredient and helped us formulate drinks that were yummy without dairy or gluten! We are so thankful for them and their patience! They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. And my mother and I are both feeling well after drinking our drinks which is a huge win for us! If you are their manager reading this they deserve recognition for outstanding customer service!

Every single time I go there my order is wrong. Either very watered down, very bitter , or they completely forget multiple ingredients. I usually get iced but even then I can't even get enough ice to last me 10 minutes

Well I tried to avoid leaving a bad review by calling to let the store know of the issue but after calling 5 times until it wouldn't ring anymore, I don't really have much of an option. I'm used to getting great drinks and service from this location, but this morning was a little frustrating. My mobile order was ready when I arrived which was great cause they were done earlier than expected. However, it makes sense as to why. I ordered 3 caramel brulee lattes and it seems as though the staff didn't bother to steam enough milk for all 3 drinks leaving them extremely low especially the grande size (pic below). I know they typically leave room for whipped cream or so it doesn't spill and burn you, but this was excessive and definitely not acceptable. If you charge almost $6 for a drink, it should be filled properly. I do expect a response from management ASAP seeing as they did not even bother to answer the phones when I called 5 times and the phone rang well over a dozen times for each call.

Took forever just to order. Once I did order was told I couldn’t use my points for a hot tea even though it says I can. Such an embarrassment. I wouldn’t recommend this location . Poor service and non helpful attendants.

BEST STARBUCKS BY FAR! Anyone that wants their drink made perfectly & in the most timely of manners come here. It’s 100% worth it. This is my favorite, & I will go out of my way to come to this specific one. The employees there are extremely polite and they’re excelling at their job. Great job guys!

Can't wait till this Starbucks moves to their new next door location that will add a drive through. Of the 3 Starbucks around me, they make the best Cappie, but having to go in is a pain. On the other hand they have sign language training every Sunday. Wife and I plan to be there.
