Dining room is closed and locked with only a printed sign. Walked my 3yo half a mile from the park to get his mom coffee and him a treat. Tell me Starbucks don’t have the staffing to show that closure online. This is a chain issue and I will take my money elsewhere.

Kayla and Zilla are truly THE BEST!?ROCKSTARS!! ⭐️ Kayla has always treated me like family coming into Starbucks! ? She makes my day everytime I come in! Zilla awesome too!? Both know my name! FAVORITE DRINK! ?????? and they are both so professional, personalable, funny, and so sweet!? Just the lovest ladies you ever want to meet!? Ordered 2 drinks. They made one and then they took nearly a half hour to make the 2nd one. They Tried to claim someone took it but surprise surprise they found it, someone just never put it out on the pickup counter. So of course both drinks are ruined. The cold one melted and the hot one is not hot, it's cold by now. Waste of money.

Ordered drive thru. As I’m saying my order he interrupts me and asks hot or cold. So the. I had to repeat my order. When I was done he says “okay, your total is 8.35.” Doesn’t say anything else.Then when I pull up to the window he repeats my total. Grabs my drinks and squeezes the cup too hard where it spills out. So I’m assuming he’s going to clean it up. No instead he grabs a sleeve and hands me my drink. I said thank you and he didn’t say anything back. He was not wearing a name tag so I don’t now his name. The customer service was awful.No, thank you or I’m sorry for spilling your drink or even changing out the lid for me.
