I want to give a shout out to Kaya. She gave the most wonderful service, she was friendly and pleasant, and I felt happier walking away than when I walked up! Thanks a lot for being such a great person and for the delicious Medicine Ball drinks!
Lines are long. They will rarely fulfill a Secret menu item drink. They'll say\\\" it's discontinued \\\". Yet, they have all the ingredients to make it. One reason I'm starting to hit the local coffee in town.
On June 26, 2020, at around 2:25 P.M. I waited in a long line to get my tall Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. As soon as I had left the drive-thru window and reached for a sip of my drink, I realized it was the wrong drink. What I had in my hand was a simple mocha Frappuccino. Not what I wanted. I called the store to explain my situation and promptly returned. Three employees went out of their way to apologize and make things right. One of the employees greeted me graciously...
