Never had such poor customer service at a Starbucks. Really just lack of manners and any form of friendliness. How many times can I person say thank you without a response or a smile? Thank you thank you thank you and absolutely no reply from this barista just a dirty look and ignoring my every day courtesy. How do these people stay employed? Wow.
Came today for drink and breakfast. Drink and service was awesome, but flies in the food storage area. Brought it to attendant's attention, and she said yeah. Nothing done. Not too worried about contamination by flies apparently. Disappointed, was looking forward to a piece of banana nut loaf.
