We sampled both new holiday coffee flavors and they were wonderful, served by an expert barista who handled the drive-thru window admirably as well as being super friendly and understanding about how we wanted our coffee drinks. Definitely a must-go to place on our future trips to that part of town.

For several this was my favorite Starbucks, they treated me like a prince every time I came by to grab coffee for my wife (which was several mornings a week after group runs at this store) and sometimes breakfast for me. That changed so abruptly a few weeks ago. Today was my last stop by here. Those employees have left and their replacements turned this store into the more typical American experience; indifferent, low energy, slightly insulting caretakers. Such a shame. The sweetest young people worked here for such a long while (surely moving on to bigger and better things) and have left behind nary a sign that this was once one of Starbucks’ shiniest jewels. No diamonds in this group, just lumps of rock.

the veterans day specials are extremely misleading. they dont even give much of a selection. Very upsetting.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Said at noon on a Sunday they're out of cold foam and whip cream, gave a croissant straight from thr fridge, not warmed, gave the wrong cake pop and filled a drink barely 2/3 full. Worst starbucks especially when they're rude to you and act annoyed at your order and then what seems to intentionally mess it up.

Ordered my drink through the app to pick up in drive thru, like I do, every day. I get to the window and my drink is 3/4s of the way full, a venti, $7 drink. I ask why it’s not how it normally comes and the rude young lady at the window informed me that Starbucks has a new “standard” which is to apparently not fill the cup when you order light ice as a beverage modifier in the app. She says she will pour more milk in my drink (I ordered a drink with oat milk) and that I should have specified I wanted more oat milk in the app or paid for another shot of espresso. I called to speak with a manager and she was no more helpful than the girl at the window, so here is a standard you can hold your employees to straight from a Starbucks customer service rep who explained their standards.

I was charged almost $9 for a drink! I ordered extra mango dragonfruit inclusions which I was charged for. Most Starbucks will include them at no charge since they are in the drink originally. The gal through the drive thru gave me a snooty unprofessional snarl then told me that ALL Starbucks should be doing this. I told her”NO THEY DONT!” and drove off leaving her with my drink. I will NEVER GO HERE again. Rude STAFF STAY AWAY!!! I’ll stick to my regular store from now on!!!
