This place is always running behind. I have had a 20+ minute delay every time I go. Today I could not sit and wait so I asked to cancel the order. The couldn't because it was a mobile order..ok, I get it. However she reaches for a gift card and says she can do a refund. Ok, that will work...but she then proceeds to tell me I have to call a number to receive the refund. WTH. It is not my fault you can't keep up with the demands of your location. Hire more staff.

I'm not sure when coffee shops became raves. I thought you were supposed to be able to go to a coffee shop and work however this place was blasting music that was just so loud and obnoxious.
Like okay is. "Are you gonna stay the night by Zed" the best choice of music to play while people are trying to work? no.

Good coffee, but first restroom was a terrible mess. A customer cleared had an issue with the bathroom and was disgusting. Mentioned it to staff and they were getting right after it.

Kid-friendliness: My grandson wanted a drink you had on the board the cashier said don't have it order another drink she said don't have that either so we order other drinks and to find out they didn't receive my card for Starbucks and my discount from my phone what kind of business do you run I cancel my order was very disappointed and unhappy. My daughter told me to go to a different coffee shop. You are not receiving your card for starbucks.
This location has the usual friendly employees, and they are overall decent for Starbucks! I acquired my Texas cup here, adding it to my vast collection. The Pink Drink here was properly mixed and evenly measured out, truly allowing for the standard taste to shine through.
