The girls in there were rude when I asked to remake my drink and I asked for white mocha pumps and its striaght milk. Tastes like no brown sugar and no coffee.

Staff seemed impatient. The car in front of us had a beautiful white husky and it got all of the photos, offered a massive pup cup, and was loved on endlessly, meanwhile 35 pound my mini staffy mix (who was half the size of the Husky)wasn’t even offered a pup cup and was looked at like an aggressive animal when she was just sitting there like a polite puppy-no barking, no jumping, just sitting there in her seat. Lost a customer at this location. Come on do better Starbucks. And no response

I ordered one of the holiday speciality coffees. The praline espresso and I’m very disappointed. It tastes like a normal coffee. I don’t taste anything other than cream and coffee.
