Horrible experience with the lady that is working there on 5/18/25 around 3:30 Had the absolute worst attitude, I was literally the only customer there and the way she talked to me was absolutely ridiculous, as if I was asking her to do something other than her job. that on top of all of that, my drink was trash I specifically asked for extra caramel and she gave me the drink there was non so I asked her if it even had any and looked at my with some sort of wanna be “intimidation” eyes and just said yes and walked away What a horrible person to have working for your company, I would give zero stars if I could

Eric the worker was more focused on his phone then getting my order correct. White mocha latte is not hard to understand. Instead we got something completely different.

Super slow, waited 15 minutes for a latte. Do not recommend. Staff was very rude, wish I wouldn’t have tipped. Do not come here unless you are looking to kill time

We were in town for the holidays visiting family and one day a bunch of us went out to the movies and then we ended up here for some coffee before we went back to the house for dinner. OK stop.

Barista was very helpful and made my drink exactly how I like it. I came in not knowing what to get at all except for an idea. Michael was very helpful in designing my drink how I described, and it came out great! I’ll definitely keep coming back!
