I was visiting San Antonio on a work trip and needed a quick coffee fix. Not knowing what I wanted, a super bubbley and friendly batista named Kaylie stepped to the counter and helped me choose the best latte I have had in a very long time. She was so personable and showed great interest in my work, trip, and giving me some fun ideas and events to attend when I had downtime. Great job Kaylie, not only do you give me hope for the world as it is today, but her manners and how eloquently she spoke showed how she was raised! I came in today at around 8:30AM, the batista with braids didn't once acknowledge me for the 15 minutes I was standing at the front waiting to order. She eventually just walked off to the back without saying a thing. Terrible experience.

I live down the road unfortunately this is the closest location, every pink drink Iâve received has not been shaken leaving me with a cloudy beverage. The coconut milk separates from the refresher making the drink look gross. Most times they give me a cup full of milk and a splash of refresher or today they gave me mostly refresher and a splash of coconut milk tasted bitter. Other Starbucks Iâve been to the drink is actually pink. This location gives me a âwhite drinkâ or a drink that isnât mixed/shaken resembling vomit. Customer service doesnât exist either. This has happened too often I will no longer utilize this location while shopping in target

The old lady (cashier- with glasses and round hat -is absolutely rude! I have my own customized recipe for years( at many different locations) with extra steam milk and never get extra charge ( I can tell by the way it shows on the screen at $0 cost when they tab on extra milk) . And when I asked I never get charged extra, she kept saying because you want to fill up a lot but itâs not true! One time she was switched to baristas position ( not too often) and made the worst drink for me, I politely requested to fix and she started to show attitude since then. She does not know how to make a good drink. At my last visit , she charged me 70 cents extra due to extra milk . Thatâs not right when You applied your personal madness to treat customer and cheat money!! Very disappointed !!

This location has hands down made not only the best experience being so friendly but the best drink I have had so far. I order the exact same drink everywhere I go and they made it taste phenomenal.
