Love this location my tea is always so good, staff is friendly and Dee who works in the drive through always makes sure my order is right and if its not he fixes it before you even know its wrong. Great location

So sorry but do not go to this Starbucks if you can avoid it. The drive thru line is always so long and mobile orders take an hour to make. They will have dozens of cups on the display that are ready for pick up and nobody taking them, meanwhile so many people also waiting inside for their order. My best advice would be do pick up inside but ask someone to make your order when you arrive, otherwise you won’t ever get it.

Well, the drinks ordered were good! I will say that when we ordered, the price on the screen was different from the one at the window. The barista said it was an automatic gratuity. We didn’t question it at the time, but something didn’t quite seem right and a family member called them to ask if that was right. The person who answered the call said that no, automatic gratuity wasn’t a thing at Starbucks. Unfortunately, it seems the barista added that extra money themself. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

I got a hot chocolate today and instead of making it with oatmilk it was made with water. It was not creamy like it usually is and tasted straight like chocolate water.

I ordered 2 tall mocha frappuchinos & they were Tasteless & watery. They were at best “favored” water. For the last hour I’ve tried calling this Starbucks at Lp 1604 & Potranco & it is non-stop busy!!! Highly unlikely unless everyone is calling to complain about their order or they’ve “self-busied” it out to stop answering the Complaints!!! I will never go there again & recommend You All do the Same! Do Not Go to This Starbucks EVER!!!

In the craziness of morning appointments, I placed my mobile order at the wrong location. When I arrived here expecting it, Caleb kindly asked me to check my app. When I realized my mistake, he did not hesitate to offer fulfilling my order anyway. He didn't have to do that, but I really appreciated his patience, kindness, and generosity.

The drive-thru the first time you go through it is confusing. It looked like a line of cars were parked along the side of the lot, which was occupying a fire lane. No one had their blinkers on to turn left into the Starbucks drive-thru, which made it look like they were trying to go right to the drive-thru at the neighboring business. There are no signs saying to line up in the fire lane for the drive thru. Some signage and a painted line in the parking lot would help.

Drive-thru employee did not greet me when taking my order or when giving me drinks/taking my payment. It was very uncomfortable and awkward.

Drinks are inconsistent. The latte I got this morning was very weak, just tasted like sweetened milk with no coffee. I've been to this location inside in the evenings before and the drinks and service were great those times, so I'm wondering if the morning crew is having difficulty keeping up on the volume of orders and they're suffering in quality and consistency.

Yesterday I went around 820am, line around the store. A gentlemen took my order outside didn't really pay attention got my order incorrect. I ordered a peppermint hot cocoa and came home drank some noticed a sound in the cup and found a stirrer and what looked like a small piece of paper towel. Not the best exactly why I do not go to Starbucks often
