I feel bad leaving a negative review, but my coffee was very off. I it was not good

Very clean store, friendly employees, and our drink and food order was correct. They had a lot of merchandise and good deals. Bathrooms were clean and the line for the drive through seemed to be going pretty quickly.

Waited half a century in line just to be told they don't sell dark roast after 10am. Save yourself some time and go to Dunkin Donuts.

Took them 32 mins to get our drink we pre ordered WTH!!! We were late to our destination. Why is this the worst Starbucks here!!!! 2 people making drinks and 2 just standing around watching them!!!! I swear sorry you lost our business and will let others know yall are to busy to keep up.

Prices are outrageous but tea is great and service is great too. Pastries are not as good as they used to be and not worth the price.

I have to give a shoutout to Barista, Justin F, everytime I have come in or had something redone from another store his service has been great! Very friendly and makes sure that I’m treated fairly, and not just another number that comes by to get a drink. Please get him promoted, if he hasn’t been already! Thanks.

Only one person in the lobby and had to wait 20 min for one small drink… and I still got attitude for checking on my drink.

Worst service ever. Went inside told them my order. And told them I want a white chocolate mocha with a coffee cake. Waited for 20 minutes. Only got coffee cake.

This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. The drinks are always made well unlike the one on 211 they have their roast always burnt. Anyways love how friendly the staff is every time I come here. I just wanna say thank you for all y’all do in getting everyone their caffeine fix! 🤪

Really slow and got my order totally wrong. Simple caramel frappuccino extra caramel. Not good people! please take your time and make the drinks as ordered.

Slowest Starbucks I've ever been too. They must also be picking the coffee beans as well

Grandkids enjoy splitting a breakfast wrap and Boba refreshers. I still enjoy their steel cut oatmeal with the addition of blueberries. The fruit is now an upcharge. The pastries are always delicious.
