I’ve given this location multiple chances and today was the last time I will be going. I was told my total was $19 and some change the person who was giving me my drinks selected a $5 tip WITHOUT my approval. I then asked for a receipt and then realized I was changed $5 for a tip that I don’t authorize. I was told when I called that I accidentally touched the $5 tip when I was no where near the POS machine. If you want unauthorized transactions made come to this location.

NO OUTLETS. Do not go inside and sit down and get comfortable and sip your “For Here” drink. You’ll realize there is no where to plug in your computer and be sad and have to leave. Not a single outlet for guests. What the heck Starbucks.

I'm a broke college student. My bus passed me and it was 20 minutes til the next one came. I went in to get a kind bar because that's all I could afford in exchange for air conditioning while waiting for the next bus. In the empty store, I had to argue with one of the baristas to get a cup of water right after throwing away the wrapper of the food I JUST bought. I almost started crying out of exasperation. All this happened while they were actively filming an ad in the store. What kind of heartless woman sees a clearly overheated young customer in an empty store and refuses water??

One of the rudest cattiest little girl mispronounced my name so I corrected her. She laughed it off and said “it’s ok, everyone makes mistakes “ and as I turned around to leave I heard her laughing and telling the girl next to her that I “got mad because I said her name wrong “ so I turned around and, walked back to her and told her that I didn’t get mad and she needed to stop lying to people. That was on 2/19/25 and I haven’t been back nor will I ever return to that store. I’m only guessing her mother never taught her any manners.
