Don’t sit near the wall you might end up with a roach on your foot. Don’t order black iced tea in the morning, It’s yesterday‘s brew and you can tell the pitcher is either dirty or the tea is a couple days old. 🤮. Check the food for the date. I’ve purchased packaged food expired close to a month.
As with other customers, I agree they need actual Starbucks training, not AAFES food court training. Never an apology for mistakes.

At some point they'll get these folks into training with an actual Starbucks, they consistently just don't follow drink recipes, burn shots every time, and have high turnover with constant "new people mistakes." It's been over a year popping in occasionally to give it another shot and no changes. And please, clean the area, there's flies everywhere and all the tables are dirty; you're in the BX that sets the opinion for what thousands of family a week will think the rest of the amenities for the Air Force is like.

Both employees I interacted with were helpful and polite, and on a graduation day to boot!
3 visits now an employee (older female with glasses) has made errors on our order. When asked to make the correction today, she didn't respond, just takes the cup and hastily makes the correction making a mess of the drink cup. Also, previous visit she didn't apply personal cup discount, and when asked to fix stated "i can't do anything about it because my manager isn't here." No apology or anything for her error, just bad attitude and dismissive.

TLDR basically, both lackland locations make unauthorized modifications such as less syrup pumps, less add ins like strawberry scoops to the standard drink recipes to cut their costs. The drinks never taste good as a result and it’s not like they offer a discount for shorting product. Shady.
A few weeks ago I ordered a Pink Drink and the associate informed me they were out of the strawberry pieces that go in the drink but it would “taste the same.” I like my fruit pieces in this drink so I asked if they have the pineapple pieces. She said they did. I asked if she could swap the strawberry pieces they were out of for the pineapple pieces. She said they could. When I get my drink, there is no fruit in it at all. I almost just let it go, but I noticed that she CHARGED me $0.80 to add the pineapple. Why in the world would I be charged for this since the drink that I paid full price for was missing one of the key ingredients? Why should I be punished for that? I didn’t have time to argue. Further insult, I then only get a couple of pineapple pieces added to my drink. Didn’t have the time, but was LIVID.
A few days ago I ordered the same drink, a Pink Drink, and upon receiving my drink, I noticed there was literally only 1 piece of strawberry. Before I could say anything, my husband grabs the drink and asks for more strawberries. The associate gets an attitude and says “yeah, the drink only comes with 1 scoop and sometimes they are small scoops.” He tells me what she says after she added maybe 5 more small pieces. I get confused because I am pretty sure the drink comes with more than 1 scoop because I used to order these in the app at other locations and knew that I could even add an extra scoop for no extra charge. Even if it was just 1 scoop, come on, 1 strawberry piece. It looks nothing like the picture advertising the drink. Completely unreasonable. I then go into my app and I see my order history. I see something that makes my blood BOIL. This location has been modifying the drinks I order without my consent. For example, the pink drink’s standard recipe for a trenta is 2 scoops of strawberries. They modified it to say I wanted only 1 scoop. My trenta vanilla sweet cream cold brew comes with 4 pumps of vanilla syrup. They modified it to say I only wanted 1 pump of vanilla syrup.
And they have done this every. single. time. Even the other Starbucks on base does this! How is this right??? That is beyond shady. The drinks never taste good either because of the lacking ingredients. They are always busy and often running out of product. So I guess to stretch their product, they put the cost on the customer. Why not just order the appropriate amount of product you need for your store?? Infuriates me they choose the military to rip off.

I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, took a sip, and instantly choked and gagged on what I'm assuming is curdled, expired sweet cream substance. This experience was absolutely repulsive and disappointing since this drink was expensive. I also ordered my husband a caramel frappuccino and the consistency was off, extremely liquidly & not made correctly. I don't normally write reviews but I rather not have unpleasant surprises in my drink and this experience was just disappointing. I usually love this location, but it has fallen off recently, and I'm honestly apprehensive to order ever again.

First and last time I come here, my friend and I ordered an impossible sausage sandwich and she ordered a chicken breakfast sandwich. As soon as we left we were about to eat our sandwiches when my friend had to stop me, I’m a vegan and I had almost ate the chicken sandwich and my friend was given the sandwich that was meant for me. The labels on the bag were incorrect and it could’ve cost me a lot because someone was not responsible at their job. I finally got my sandwich and as soon as I bit into it I spit it out, the whole sandwich was cold, only the bread was toasty and the whole thing was just cold.l basically still frozen.

These guys have always been nice. They get drinks done quickly and are very polite. If they mess it up they’ll fix it without a complaint. Clean environment and the drinks taste good. Food is never burnt. Highly recommend this Starbucks if you’re on base :)

Um… there’s bugs everywhere. I had to knock one off of the to-go food. The counters were SO STICKY!!
Ugh this location kills me.We came in at 830 on a Wednesday, only one other couple sitting at a table (so not peak/busy). They were out of a lot of things, no problem I ordered two wraps and they weren't even wrapped and cooked properly. The cashier's tag says Michael manager. He couldn't say good morning/thank you or hand food over, offer a receipt. Just so unlike the Starbucks vibe.

I took a while to leave this review to make sure this wasn't a one time thing. Over several months of ordering the same thing both here and at other Starbucks franchises, I've decided that there is something wrong with the milk. They either do not keep it refrigerated between making drinks, or it is expired. When ordering a drink with milk at this location, I would have my entire world upended as only a mere few hours later I would find myself grasping onto the nearest toilet to keep myself seated as the explosive diarrhea attempted to send me to orbit. This is an issue that is exclusive to this location as this has never been a problem after ordering from other Starbucks locations. In addition, other friends and coworkers have explained to me that they have experienced the same outcome after ordering from this location. 0/10, would not recommend, especially if the drink you are ordering contains dairy. Staff is friendly.
