If something is against policy, tell me. Don’t just keep saying “ok” over and over then try to correct me. It’s called communication. Also word of advice if you’re going to laugh at a customer it’s best to wait until they’re out of earshot
Originally their hours opened at 0600 but in the past week, they now open at 0700. Located in in the new WHASC building (Bldg 4554). They are closed on holidays, most Family days, and weekends. Busiest times are at 0830, between 11-1230, and around 1400. They have readers for phone apps, and the ladies there provide excellent wait and customer service and deliver it quickly. No mistakes yet and I've been going to Starbucks at work for almost four years. :)

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My husband and I ordered an iced green tea and a s’mores frap. Neither were made correctly. We were fine with the tea mistake but asked for the frap to be made again, as it was watery and flavorless. I watched the barista make the frap the second time and she made it completely incorrectly (I worked for Starbucks for three years, I know the recipe and the measurements). Again the drink was entirely wrong and flavorless. \ We left without a s’mores frap because it was not drinkable and there was no point asking her to make it a third time when she clearly had no idea how to make the drink correctly. \ \ To whomever is managing this place - TEACH YOUR BARISTAS THE CORRECT RECIPES AND MAKE SURE THEY FOLLOW THOSE RECIPES. \ \ Such a disappointment.

Every time I order a cafe vanilla frappuccino at this location, it's not made the right way. I asked if it had coffee in it, because it didn't taste like it and the color looked way too light. I also added a shot of espresso, so there is no way it should look this light.
