This is my favorite Starbucks location for this area. The staff is always friendly and and on point. They have been great in helping me fix mistakes on my end and always get the drinks made correctly. There have been a few times I've ordered a medicine ball at other locations and it's watered down or not made correctly and they never disappoint.

I should’ve read the reviews before coming here because they all had the same issue as me. I ordered a London fog with oatmilk, no water, kids temp and they gave me a hot London fog with water, no vanilla, and 2%. They ignored every customization on the cup. I’m lactose intolerant and I couldn’t drink it at all. They also decided to leave the whip cream off the white mocha and the kids hot chocolate when it comes with it by default so I’m not sure why they decided to leave that off. Disappointing and a waste of money.

Was lied to on Christmas Day by a employee who obviously did not wanna work didn’t get her name but she was definitely the grinch of Starbucks don’t worry, the one on culebra was open I’m calling corporate in the morning because the website is outdated supposedly I will never go back to the Starbucks again

Julian the MOD is so rude!! Get out of customer service if you don’t know how to treat customers right. Mad bc we had an order to be remade, not our fault we paid money for drinks that tasted like water! We’ll never be back to this location.

Be careful at this Starbucks. I was there yesterday morning and the short haired female working the drive thru around 7am felt it was okay to tip herself $1.00. I didn’t say anything because it’s she’s that desperate for a buck. I’ll never go back here and others should beware

I usually order the same drink at another locations, and it always tastes creamy and well-balanced. Unfortunately, at this store, it just taste like plain ice coffee - no richness or smoothness. It is seems like the baristas here need a bit more training on how to prepare drinks properly. I really hope management addresses this, because I'd love to enjoy my usual drink the same way I do at other locations.

These people NEVER give me caramel in my iced CARAMEL macchiato. i even pay for EXTRA caramel AND caramel coated cup. i order it online so i can’t even tell them to correct it. yummy tho, ig.
