Your coffee is good and there are hardly ever any mistakes on orders, unlike other locations. The people there especially, one of the ladies, are always so polite and kind to my kids.
Dear Starbucks....please quit sticking the TIP device in my face when I'm in drive thru! Do you think you deserve a tip for me being in drive thru? I'm not dining in where your waiting on me...I don't tip. I ordered literally 5 min ago. A frappuccino w/2 shots and extra ice, extra thick. Along with a sandwich cut in half. Recieved my frappuccino, it was watery not thick. And sandwich was not cut in half. That's why I don't tip...

Ginger girl was extremely rude, I explained it was my step daughter’s birthday, downloaded the app, and tried to redeem the drink for my 9 year old, but she gave us a hard time. Manager Katy over at the Culebra location was kind enough to take care of her drink.

I tried to take some food back that I had gotten from another Starbucks location and was told I had to go back to where I got the wrap from. Very unprofessional and had to drive 30 mins back across town. I would like to have a manager speak to me about this.

Great place clean & neat just renovated location near a library on other side of 151 highway right near Burger King Mcdonalds & Potranco Library & the Inn at Westover and Fitness Connection and Wendy's on Potranco along bus route 618
Don't come here. It takes 25 minutes to go thru drive and that's them being not busy. I'm in line right now and I have plenty of time to write this review which is a bad thing.

I bought my regular pink drink with cold foam along with two other drinks, and my cold foam was not even filled till the first line it barely had anything, usually it’s about half the cup and I had paid for extra and when I asked for extra cold foam in my drink, one of the baristas nicely changed my drink while another barista was shaking her head and had came up to me and told me to make sure to pay for extra next time and I told her I did and she didn’t let me tip the other girl who took my order. Too early to fight

This location management is just terrible, lobby is always closed or there is always some sort of issue. The baristas are super nice, no issues there. Get it together who ever owns this particular franchise.
