Empty eatery and not a single clean table. Ice chunks in my beverages were huge and uneven. For one of the items i requested light ice and my cup had more ice than the regular portion. Pastries were overcooked and smelled like sausage (they warmed my sweet pastry with someone’s sandwich at the same time!). The restroom was filthy. Employees not friendly.
Shout out to the VERY professional Haley (hope it's spelled right). Haley explained to the rude customer very politely and professionally and somehow he still took offense to it. I just want to tell her again to keep her head up and she's doing great! I've always had nothing but EXCELLENT service in this Starbucks.

The 4 grande drinks for $20 is a rip off with tax total is $22.73. When you purchase 2 trenta drinks with tax total it is $12.88. How I determined this you can pour 2 grande drinks into a Trenta cup. Plus you get more ice than drink. Slick if I say so myself.

I enjoy coming here because of the vibes. The workers are so nice and quick. My drinks have always been made great, never missed anything. The place is always clean too. It sucks that there isn’t a drive thru but they make up for it with their attitude!

Usually, I do a mobile order 30 mins prior to arrival, my drink is ready to go, and its in & out so Im not late for work. Today, I ordered 30min ahead, in which my app said it would be ready at 7:49, I got there after 7:49 and still waited 15min for my coffee, ended up late for work. Disappointed in the usual great service.
