I’ve never ordered starbucks before me and my partner went today and the service was rude they need to do retraining on the cashier, we ordered normally and she shouted twice the total as we handed her the cash with a tip she threw my parters croissant behind her after my partner wanted it warmed up..the cashier also forgot my partners croissant and got mad when i asked them about it, i also work in restaurant this isn’t acceptable if you don’t like your job quit.

Dude with the poodle hair working the morning shift on 9/30 was not having it. We get there to an empty line and homies just giving us this look, like hurry up! I hand this dude, my twenty, and he gives me my change back and just tosses it in my hand. Bro don't be mad you make a living off of coffee bro. That is hands down disrespectful and unprofessional.

Went in this Morning for 2 drinks & 3 croissants. Waited over 25 mins to get our order after asking hey what was the time on it because I had to get to work the girl that I asked to help figure out what is going on then tries to tell me with a rude attitude oh there out here there already made we called the name out already n we’re like wait what we’ve literally been sitting here in front starring waiting for our r name to be called mind you our drinks were already watered down pretty bad so I asked her to please remake them because I did jsst spend $32 smh her response was with a grin oh you want me to remake it and it’s going to take a while your going to be later to work I told her that’s fine I mean I jsst spend 30 something dollars at least I want my drink to taste good. Because she had to remake our drinks she made a smart comment about our croissants saying oh what you want us to redo your food to so you can be later to work smh I told her no smarty but I would like your name so I can make a complaint. Then the lady that did our order came up n told her to go to the back then tried to apologize for her messing up the name because she was the one who put Jessica n Im not Jessica my Name is Destiny and idk about ull but to me those are 2 totally different names. So now I have cold food and my drink is sour not sweet like it’s supposed to be as I asked for cold foam on my pink drink it taste all like milk. Very upsetting I won’t ever go back to this location.
